湿部とする湿度検出素子と、前記湿度検出素子と
温度係数の絶対値や熱放散定数が一致または近似
する抵抗素子である温度補償素子と、前記湿度検
出素子と温度補償素子をそれぞれブリツジ辺に接
続し、ブリツジの電源により加熱される湿度検出
素子の抵抗値が被測定雰囲気の湿度により降下さ
せられることを検出し、湿度に対応する出力を発
生するブリツジ回路から構成した湿度検出装置。 (2) 前記温度補償素子は、湿度検出素子と同一
の金属酸化物焼結コイルを乾燥空気を入れて密封
し、被測定雰囲気の温度に前記湿度検出素子と同
じ影響を受けるようにした実用新案登録請求の範
囲第1項記載の湿度検出装置。 (3) 前記温度補償素子は、湿度検出素子と絶対
値が同一の温度係数である抵抗測温体である実用
新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の湿度検出装置。 (4) 前記高温で酸化し難い金属線コイルは、白
金または白金イリジユーム合金である実用新案登
