TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a pencil-shaped cosmetic made of a wood core that has been processed to prevent components contained in the core of the pencil-shaped cosmetic core from diffusing into the wood core, and to a method for manufacturing the same. The main steps for manufacturing such a conventional pencil are listed below. 1 Shaft board process (1) Sawmilling (large splitting, small splitting, wood removal) (2) Planaring (3) Cutting (4) Board making (5) Steaming, degreasing (6) Degassing (7) Emulsion of dye + paraffin Pressure injection of liquid (8) Drying 2 Woodworking process (1) Grooving (2) Core insertion (3) Adhesion, lamination (4) Drying (5) Shaft making (6) Small cutting 3 Painting process For such processes Therefore, in the manufactured pencil, the components contained in the lead, such as oils and fats,
The following drawbacks occurred because perfumes and ethereal oils diffused and penetrated into the wood shaft. That is, the wick itself becomes thin due to the loss of oil from the wick, which causes the wick to fall out from the wooden shaft, and the decrease in oil content in the wick causes the wick to harden and become brittle, making it difficult to use. Furthermore, the substances contained within the wood shaft (resin, lignin, etc.) were decomposed by the ether that had penetrated into the wood shaft, resulting in a change in the unique odor of the wood core, which in turn caused a foul odor. . Conventionally, in addition to eliminating such drawbacks,
In order to protect the strength of the core, the following treatments were attempted on the surface of the core. (1) Curing resin coating, (2) Painting with metal powder paint, (3) Dipping coating in a thin liquid of chemical glue or synthetic resin, (4) Vapor-deposited metal coating, (5) Metal foil coating. Paste or cover. However, cosmetic leads are soft, easily damaged, and sensitive to heat, so when the above-mentioned processing is applied to such leads, the outer diameter of the leads becomes uneven, resulting in a pencil-shaped lead with consistent quality. It was difficult to manufacture cosmetics. Therefore, the present invention was made in order to eliminate such drawbacks, and its purpose is to form a cosmetic core made of a wooden shaft that has been processed so that the components contained in the cosmetic core will not diffuse into the wooden shaft. An object of the present invention is to provide a pencil-shaped cosmetic product and a method for producing the same. Another object of the present invention is to provide a pencil-shaped cosmetic product in which the cosmetic core and the wooden shaft do not separate. Furthermore, another object of the present invention is to provide a pencil-shaped cosmetic product for the above-mentioned purpose that has good cutting properties when sharpening the wooden shaft during use. Furthermore, another object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic core formed of a wooden shaft that will not be damaged by imprinting or transfer of characters, symbols, etc. on the coating film on the surface of the pencil-shaped cosmetic product. The purpose of the company is to provide pencil-shaped cosmetics. In order to prevent the components contained in the lead for pencil-shaped cosmetics from permeating and diffusing into the wood core, the present invention uses synthetic resin together with dye and paraffin in the dyeing process in the process of manufacturing ordinary pencils. The emulsion is injected under pressure into at least the part of the shaft plate that forms the wooden shaft, where there is a groove to be cored.
This is a pencil-shaped cosmetic product in which an impregnated layer is formed within the shaft plate, and the shaft plate on which the impregnated layer is formed is used as a wooden shaft. The formation of this synthetic resin layer will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings. Step (7) in the above-mentioned normal shaft plate process, that is, the dyeing process, is a process in which dye and paraffin are made into an emulsion and injected under pressure into the grooved shaft plate. A synthetic resin layer is formed by further mixing and injecting the mixture. FIG. 1 schematically shows the spraying of the mixed material by means of a nozzle onto a grooved shaft plate. 1 is a shaft plate, 2 is a groove, and 3 is a nozzle. The layer indicated by A is an impregnated layer formed by impregnation with a synthetic resin. FIG. 2 shows a state in which a core is placed on a shaft plate impregnated with synthetic resin, and a similar shaft plate is bonded thereon. What is important here is that the synthetic resin must be impregnated into the shaft plate. In other words, when the synthetic resin is formed as a layer on the shaft plate, the second
When the two shaft plates are put together as shown in the figure, a synthetic resin layer is formed around the core, and a synthetic resin layer is formed between the shaft plates. This layer may cause problems in terms of compatibility of the adhesive with the axial plate when the axial plates are bonded together with adhesive, and the layer may also come into direct contact with the skin when using cosmetics. , and you will have to scrape away that layer each time. Therefore, the synthetic resin material to be used in the present invention must not form a layer on the shaft plate, but must be reliably impregnated into the shaft plate. Commercially available commercially available Cybinol, #220 Clear Lacquer, Polysol L-100, and Sanding Sealer are most suitable as synthetic resin materials that achieve the purpose of the present invention. Figure 3 shows a cross-section of a pencil-shaped cosmetic made by cutting the shaft plate shown in Figure 2 into individual parts so that the cross section becomes hexagonal. The layers completely surround the core. Table 1 below shows the main components of the above-mentioned materials used in the present invention and their mixing ratios at the time of coating (the actual materials to be coated are an emulsion of materials, dyes, and paraffin in the following proportions). ).

[Table] As can be seen from this table, the shaft plate treated with the above material is extremely difficult to penetrate. However, in this test, it was found that the clear-treated board and the sanded-treated board had some problems with respect to compatibility with the adhesive, compared to the normal treated board, but this problem was due to the fact that they were formed as a pencil. If there is, it will not cause any problems. As described above, the processing according to the present invention does not require an increase in the number of conventional processing steps, so that not only can conventional equipment be utilized, but the manufacturing cost can also be kept at almost the same level as conventional processing. The synthetic resin that has penetrated and hardened into the wooden shaft prevents the oil of the cosmetic core from penetrating into the wooden shaft, thereby preventing thinning of the core and the reaction between the components contained in the wooden shaft and the oil. In addition, the wooden shaft impregnated with synthetic resin improves the cutting properties when sharpening the pencil after it has been made into a product, making it suitable for soft cosmetic use. Furthermore, after finishing it into a pencil shape, the metal foil or vapor-deposited foil is heated, and while applying pressure on the coating film on the pencil surface,
These stamps or transfers are performed, but in pencil-shaped cosmetics that use a thick lead, the thickness of the wood shaft must be thin, so the pressure during stamping or transfer can cause the lead to break or deform. I was doing a lot of things. However, according to the present invention, the wooden shaft is reinforced with impregnated synthetic resin, so it has the effect of sufficiently withstanding pressure during stamping and transfer.
