Description

本発明は鉛筆型化粧料に関するものであり、より詳細には化粧料芯と化粧料芯を内包する外装軸とからなる鉛筆型化粧料に関するものである。   The present invention relates to a pencil-type cosmetic, and more particularly to a pencil-type cosmetic comprising a cosmetic core and an exterior shaft that encloses the cosmetic core.

In general, the pencil manufacturing process consists of (1) sawmill (large, small, wood cutting), (2) planar, (3) cutting, (4) steaming, degreasing, (5) degassing, ( 6) There are processes such as pressure injection of dye + paraffin emulsion, (7) drying, etc. in the woodworking process (1) Grooving, (2) Centering, (3) Adhesion, bonding, (4) Drying, ( There are processes such as 5) shaft making, (6) small cutting, and finally there is a painting process.
The pencil obtained by such a process is composed of a core material and a wooden shaft containing the core material. Recently, resin shafts molded as exterior shafts other than wooden shafts have been used.

Further, a pencil-type cosmetic using a cosmetic core as a core material has been proposed (see, for example, cited document 1). Pencil-type cosmetics are said to be defective because the components contained in the cosmetic core, such as fats and oils, fats, fragrances, and ethereal oils diffuse and penetrate into the wooden shaft. That is, the cosmetic core itself is thinned because the oil component is removed from the cosmetic core, and as a result, the cosmetic core is removed from the wooden shaft, and the cosmetic core is hardened or weakened due to a decrease in the oil content in the cosmetic core. It is said that this is a bug. Therefore, a pencil-type cosmetic is proposed in which a UV resin film is formed between the encapsulated cosmetic core and the wooden shaft.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-174616

There is a point which should be improved in the pencil type cosmetics using the conventional wax core. Since the pencil-type cosmetic is intended for application to the skin, that is, the application to the soft surface or the flexible application surface, a soft touch core is desired for the cosmetic core. For this reason, since wax and oil having a relatively low melting point are blended, a feeling of stickiness and an unpleasant coating feeling such as melting at a high temperature are given. Therefore, in order to improve the feeling of use, powders such as colored pigments, pearl pigments, and extenders are included in the framework of mesoporous ceramics and resins, etc. A lead that has been hardened by pressing a powder such as a coloring pigment, a pearl pigment, or an extender with a core to be taken out or a slight amount of wax or oil has been proposed. However, the cosmetic core formed as described above has a disadvantage that it is not able to withstand actual use because it is broken immediately after receiving an impact in the exterior shaft due to dropping or the like.

そこで、本発明の目的は、かかる実情に鑑み、耐落下衝撃に優れている、また化粧料芯が塗布時に易崩壊して肌等の柔軟塗布面への塗布性に優れている鉛筆型化粧料を提供することである。   Therefore, in view of such circumstances, the object of the present invention is a pencil-type cosmetic that is excellent in drop impact resistance, and that the cosmetic core easily disintegrates at the time of application and has excellent applicability to a flexible application surface such as skin. Is to provide.

本発明者は、加工の際に使用する木軸、或いは樹脂軸と化粧料芯との接着剤に球状粒子を添加することにより鉛筆型化粧料の耐落下衝撃強度が改善され、芯折れを防止すること、そして、このような芯折れ防止が柔軟塗布面である肌への塗布性に優れている化粧料芯の使用を可能にすることを見出し、本発明に至ってものである。
即ち、本発明は以下の構成或いは構造からなることを特徴とするものである。
The present inventor has improved the drop impact resistance of pencil-type cosmetics by adding spherical particles to the wood shaft used during processing or the adhesive between the resin shaft and the cosmetic core, and prevents core breakage. Thus, it has been found that the prevention of breakage of the core enables the use of a cosmetic core excellent in applicability to the skin, which is a flexible coated surface, and has led to the present invention.
That is, the present invention is characterized by having the following configuration or structure.

(1) In the pencil type cosmetics comprising a sheath axis which encloses a cosmetic stick and the cosmetic stick, pencil, characterized in that the addition of spherical particles in the adhesive for bonding the cosmetic stick and the outer shaft Cosmetics.
(2) The pencil-type cosmetic according to (1), wherein the spherical particles do not have corners on the surface.
(3) The pencil-type cosmetic as described in (1 ) above, wherein the spherical particles are true silica beads or true resin beads.
(4) The pencil-type cosmetic as described in (1) above, wherein the spherical particles are resin beads, and the resin beads are hollow resin beads or foamed resin beads.
( 5 ) The pencil-type cosmetic according to (1), wherein the exterior shaft is a wooden shaft or a resin shaft.
( 6 ) The pencil-type cosmetic according to any one of (1) to (5), wherein the average particle diameter of the spherical particles is in the range of 1 to 100 μm.
( 7 ) The pencil-type cosmetic according to any one of (1) to ( 6 ), wherein the amount of the spherical particles is 0.1 to 20 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the adhesive. .

本発明の鉛筆型化粧料によれば、化粧料芯と外装軸とを接着する接着剤に球状粒子を添加することにより、鉛筆型化粧料を落下させたときに球状粒子が落下衝撃の緩衝材として作用して芯折れを防止する。その結果として、鉛筆型化粧料の耐落下衝撃強度を高め、肌への塗布性に優れている化粧料芯の使用を可能にした鉛筆型化粧料を提供するものである。   According to the pencil-type cosmetic of the present invention, when the pencil-type cosmetic is dropped by adding spherical particles to the adhesive that bonds the cosmetic core and the exterior shaft, the spherical particles are shock absorbers for drop impact. Acts as a core to prevent breakage. As a result, the present invention provides a pencil-type cosmetic that can enhance the drop impact strength of the pencil-type cosmetic and enables the use of a cosmetic core that is excellent in applicability to the skin.

以下、添付図面を参照しながら本発明の鉛筆型化粧料における実施の形態を詳説する。尚、本発明の鉛筆型化粧料は、以下の実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内において種々変更を加え得ることは勿論である。
図1(a)及び(b)は、本発明に係る鉛筆型化粧料の側断面図、及び横断面図である。
Hereinafter, embodiments of the pencil-type cosmetic of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In addition, the pencil-type cosmetics of this invention are not limited to the following embodiment, Of course, various changes can be added within the range which does not deviate from the summary of this invention.
1A and 1B are a side sectional view and a transverse sectional view of a pencil-type cosmetic according to the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, the pencil-type cosmetic 1 includes a cosmetic core 3 and an exterior shaft 2 that encloses the cosmetic core 3. An adhesive 4 is filled between the exterior shaft 2 and the cosmetic core 3, and spherical particles are added to the adhesive.
Examples of the exterior shaft 2 of the pencil-type cosmetic material 1 include a wood shaft obtained by processing natural wood, and a synthetic resin shaft made of a thermoplastic resin such as polystyrene, vinyl chloride resin, and ABS resin. Moreover, since the exterior shaft 2 preferably has rigidity, machinability, oil / oil resistance, etc., it is preferable to use a US incense cedar material as the wood shaft, and the resin shaft exhibits machinability. Therefore, use of a foamable resin or the like is preferable.

Examples of the cosmetic core 3 include various cosmetic cores such as eyebrow, eyeliner, lip, lip liner, eyeshadow, and concealer. Therefore, since the cosmetic core is intended for application to the skin, that is, application to a soft surface or a flexible application surface, a core with a soft touch to the skin is desired. For example, a cosmetic core in which a powder such as a color pigment, a pearl pigment, or an extender is contained in a skeleton such as a mesoporous ceramic or resin is suitable in the present invention.

肌に柔らかいタッチ感を与える指標としては、化粧料芯における易崩壊度、即ち、摩耗量、折損強度から数値化される付着性、硬度等が挙げられ、より粉体に近い塗布性が好まれる。   Examples of the index that gives a soft touch to the skin include the degree of easy disintegration in the cosmetic core, that is, the amount of wear, the adhesiveness that is quantified from the breakage strength, the hardness, etc. .

As the adhesive 4, a conventionally known adhesive can be used. The adhesive may be inorganic or organic, and the organic adhesive may be a natural polymer or a synthetic polymer. In particular, synthetic polymer adhesives are preferred because of their versatility. Synthetic polymer adhesives are roughly classified into thermosetting resins, thermoplastic resins, and rubber systems. Additives that are not desirable for cosmetics as additives, such as thermoplastic resin adhesives such as polyvinyl acetate, polystyrene, nylon, acrylic polymers, and rubber adhesives such as chloroprene rubber, nitrile rubber, SBR, urethane rubber An agent can be used, and among them, polyvinyl acetate, polystyrene and the like are preferable in the present invention.

Spherical particles are uniformly dispersed and added to the adhesive 4. The shape of the spherical particles is not necessarily a true sphere, and may be a shape that does not have a corner on the surface. However, the spherical particles in the present invention are preferably close to true spheres.
The spherical particles are preferably those that can be added to cosmetics and / or those that do not melt into the cosmetic core, etc. Specific spherical particles may be inorganic powders such as silica beads, nylon beads, PMMA ( (Polymethacrylmethyl acrylate) beads and urethane beads may be used, and resin beads are particularly preferable. The resin beads may be hollow inside, or may be foamed resin beads.

The average particle diameter of the spherical particles is preferably in the range of 1 to 100 μm, particularly in the range of 2 to 20 μm. If the average particle diameter of the spherical particles is less than 1 μm, the drop impact resistance of the pencil-type cosmetic cannot be sufficiently increased. On the other hand, when the average particle diameter of the spherical particles exceeds 100 μm, the adhesiveness may be lowered.
The adhesive is dissolved in a solvent or provided as an emulsion, and the amount of spherical particles in the adhesive ranges from 0.1 to 20 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the adhesive (excluding the solvent). The range of 0.5-10 mass parts is especially preferable. If the blending amount of the spherical particles is less than 0.1 mass, sufficient drop impact resistance cannot be imparted to the pencil-type cosmetic. On the other hand, when the blending amount of the spherical particles exceeds 20 parts by mass, the adhesiveness is lowered.

About the manufacturing method of the pencil-type cosmetics using such an exterior shaft and cosmetics core, it can implement as follows, for example.
Applying or impregnating the above-mentioned adhesive containing spherical particles to the surface of the grooves of the pair of halves (slat members) that will be the exterior shaft, that is, the surface where the core material contacts and / or the entire joint surface of the slats I do. Separately, the core material of the cosmetic material extruded into a core shape by an extruder or the like, or the hot melted cosmetic material is filled into a core mold, and the core material is cooled and solidified and inserted into the groove, A slat material, which is a half that has been subjected to the same treatment, is combined and bonded, and is shaved into a shaft by a conventional method to produce a pencil-type cosmetic.

Another method is to bond the half slats without loading the core to the pair of halves (slats), and shaving it into a shaft by a conventional method, To make. Alternatively, a pencil-shaped cylindrical object is made by punching a bar-shaped central portion carved from wood into a pencil shape with a drill or the like. Thereafter, the above-mentioned adhesive is applied to the inner wall surface by spraying, impregnating, dipping or the like on the surface in contact with the core material. This is poured into a cosmetic core material which is heated and dissolved, and then cooled and solidified to produce a pencil-type cosmetic material.
In the pencil-type cosmetics configured as described above, a cosmetic core excellent in drop impact resistance and excellent in applicability to a flexible application surface such as skin can be used.

(Comparative Example 1)
A pencil-type cosmetic is produced in the same manner as in Example 1 except that an adhesive containing only a vinyl acetate emulsion adhesive (resin concentration: 50% by mass) is used. The results are shown in Table 1.
(Reference Example 1)
As an adhesive, an adhesive containing only a vinyl acetate emulsion adhesive (resin concentration of 50% by mass) is used, and the above-mentioned eye shadow prescription 2 (a solid wax core formulation conventionally used for reference and reference) A pencil-type cosmetic is produced in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the above is used. Evaluation of the broken core when the pencil-type cosmetic was dropped, evaluation of the broken core at the time of shaving, and evaluation of its usability were performed. The results are shown in Table 1.

<落下時の芯折れ評価>
鉛筆型化粧料の片端を削り、そこにAS樹脂製の透明キャップをかぶせ、高さ70cmより厚さ30mmの杉板に横向きに最大10回、折損するまで落下させ、折損した時の落下回数を「落下回数」、突出部の芯が折れた回数を「折損本数」として「落下強度」を次式にて算出した。
落下強度=Σ{(落下回数−1)×(折損本数)}
<Evaluation of broken core when dropped>
Sharpen one end of the pencil-type cosmetic material, cover it with an AS resin transparent cap, and drop it horizontally on a cedar board with a thickness of 30 mm to a thickness of 30 mm until it breaks up to 10 times. The “drop strength” was calculated by the following equation, where “the number of drops” and the number of breaks of the core of the protruding portion were “the number of breaks”.
Drop strength = Σ {(number of drops-1) × (number of breakage)}

For example, if the number of broken lines at the fifth time is 3, the number of broken lines at the sixth time is five, and the number of broken lines at the seventh time is two, {(5-1) × 3} + {(6 −1) × 5} + {(7-1) × 2}, the “drop strength” is “49”. Also,
Further, if there is no breakage at the 10th time, it is considered that 10 pieces are broken at the 11th time, and the “drop strength” is {(11−1) × 10} and is “100”. In addition, when only 2 breaks at the 10th time, for example, {(10-1) × 2} + {(11-1) × 8} and the drop strength becomes 98.
<Evaluation of broken core during cutting>
The pencil-type cosmetic is sharpened until the core comes out 5 to 6 mm, and whether or not the core breaks during the cutting is confirmed with 10 samples.
<Evaluation during use>
The feeling of use when using a pencil-type cosmetic was divided into three grades: good, normal, and sticky, and was evaluated in three stages.
