１：ＶＣＯ（電圧制御発振器）、２：ＰＬＬユ
ニツト、５：変調信号の入力端子、６：ＦＭ変調
波の出力端子、７：可変容量ダイオード、９：バ
イアス電圧の印加端子、Ｃ３：結合コンデンサ。

変調信号を重畳させて周波数変調波を得るととも
に前記制御電圧を可変して前記搬送波の周波数を
可変するようにした周波数変調器において、前記
制御電圧に変調信号を重畳させる結合部に可変容
量ダイオードを配設し、該可変容量ダイオードに
前記制御電圧の可変値に応じた逆電圧を印加して
当該結合部の結合インピーダンスを可変し、前記
変調信号の振幅を前記制御電圧の増減に応じて増
