イアフラムが応動して弁開閉動作を行うように構
成されたダイアフラム式制御弁において、ダイア
フラムの周縁部に高圧室側ケースの板厚と略等し
い厚さ分高圧室側に突出させた厚肉部を設け、該
厚肉部の内周側に高圧室側ケースの周縁部を嵌合
させた状態で、低圧室側ケースの周縁部で前記嵌
合部を外包して固定したことを特徴とするダイア
