支持部の中心開口面に気密に嵌合された摺動弁と、前記
鍔環外周に連着されたダイヤフラムを介して形成される
大気圧室とローディング室と、前記摺動弁の先端面に接
して対向して設けられた固定弁座とこれらを収容し管路
に接続するケゝ −スとからなる整圧器と、ケース内に
おいて上部ダイヤフラムと下部ダイヤフラムとが連結さ
れ且つそれらの中間に一次圧導入弁を収容するローディ
ング室と前記上部ダイヤフラム上方に二次圧力室を備え
、前記下部ダイヤフラム下面に調節バネを介して設定圧
力調節器を有するパイロット弁からなり前記整圧器のロ
ーディング室と前記パイロット弁のローディング室とが
