スペーサリング、20は環状溝、21は音波導入

側から該環状溝に至る少なくとも1つの音波導入
溝とが形成されており、上記ダイアフラムおよび
上記スペーサリングには、上記音波導入口とは異
なる位置において上記ダイアフラムの裏面側と上
記環状溝とを連通する切欠き溝が設けられている
ことを特徴とするコンデンサマイクロホン。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(2)において、上記
音波導入溝と上記切欠き溝とは180度の間隔を
もつ対向位置に設けられていることを特徴とする
