The flat refrigerated case shown in Figure 1 is used. The main body case 1 is composed of an outer box 2 and an inner box 3 having an open top surface, and a cold air circulation path 4 is formed between the outer box 2 and the inner box 3. The inside of the inner box 3 forms a product storage chamber 5. Further, numeral 6 denotes two sliding doors that move in a double-sliding manner, and are provided on the outer box 2 to open and close the opening of the outer box 2, and when closed, prevent outside air from entering the inside of the refrigerator. This sliding door 6 is provided with a glass window made of transparent glass so that the products in the product storage room can be easily seen. On the other hand, a cooler 8, a fan 9, and a heater 10 are arranged in the cold air circulation path 4. During the cooling operation of the storage case, the air inside the refrigerator passes through the cooler 8 by the fan 9 and is circulated as cold air. The cold air flows into the product storage chamber 5 as indicated by arrow A and cools the products. While the cooling operation continues in this manner, frost forms inside the cooler 8 and the cold air circulation path 4. For this purpose, the refrigerated case is operated to defrost at a timely manner. During this defrosting operation, the cooler 8 is stopped. Then, the air inside the refrigerator that has been humidified and warmed by the heater 10 is circulated by the fan 9 in the same manner as during the cooling operation. The frost is removed by this warm air.

However, in the above-mentioned refrigerating case, warm air flows into the product storage chamber 5 as shown by arrow A during the defrosting operation, which increases the temperature of the products and sometimes causes defective products, and then shifts to the cooling operation again. The disadvantage is that it takes a long time to cool down the interior of the product storage room.

According to this invention, the purpose of this is to circulate cold air through a cold air circulation path formed in the main body case having a sliding door at the top opening to cool the product storage compartment, and to prevent frost generated in the cold air circulation path. In a refrigerated case where warm air is circulated in the cold air circulation path, a cold air passage is formed between the sliding door and the lower part of the sliding door, and the upper surface of the product storage room is opened and closed when the sliding door is opened and closed. This is achieved by providing a curtain that is transparent and has many small holes.

In FIGS. 2 and 3, reference numeral 6 denotes two sliding doors movably supported at both the front and rear edges of the opening of the outer box 2. Open and close the opening. The sliding door 6 has two layers of transparent window glass 6b fitted into a frame member 6a to prevent heat from outside air from entering the product storage chamber 5 by heat conduction. Reference numeral 12 denotes a curtain provided according to this invention, which is made of a transparent polyester film with heat insulation properties. Katsuko Act 1
2 is provided with a large number of small holes 13 as shown in FIG. Furthermore, a winding force is provided so that both ends 12a are pulled toward the center 12b. The curtain 12 has mounting plates 15 at both ends 12a integrally formed with the frame member 6a of the sliding door 6.
When the sliding door 6 closes the opening, the sliding door 6 covers the top surface of the product storage room, and is installed so that a cold air passage 16 is formed between the sliding door 6 and the sliding door 6.

In the refrigerating case configured as described above, cold air flows from the cold air circulation path 4 to the cold air passage 16 as shown by arrow B during cooling operation. Since this cold air has a higher specific gravity than the air in the product storage room, it flows into the product storage room through the small hole 13 of the curtain 12 as shown by arrow C. After cooling the room, the air flows again toward the cooler 8 as shown by arrow D. On the other hand, during defrosting operation, warm air heated by the heater 10 similarly flows into the cold air passage 16. This warm air is prevented from flowing into the product storage room by the curtain 12, and since it has a lighter specific gravity than indoor air, it flows in the direction of arrow E without entering the product storage room through the small hole 13. Therefore, it is extremely rare for the temperature inside the product storage room to rise. In addition, in this refrigerated case, the sliding door 6 is opened to take out the products in the product storage room.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, the curtain 12 is rolled up toward its central portion 12b, and the upper surface of the product storage chamber 5 is opened.

The curtain 12 can also be formed using a transparent material that transmits visible rays in sunlight and has a high reflectance of heat rays, such as Sekisuisora Tect (trade name), which is a polyester film with an aluminum film deposited on it. be. As a result, if the refrigerated case is installed in a storefront etc. exposed to sunlight,
blocks the radiant heat in the sunlight transmitted through the window glass 6b, and the refrigerated case is efficiently cooled.

FIG. 6 shows another embodiment, in which this refrigerated case has a single sheet that is supported at the upper opening of the outer box 2 by the left and right edges of the opening, and that moves in the front and back direction to open and close the opening. A sliding door 6 is provided. The rear end of the curtain 12 is fixed to the upper edge of the back plate of the inner box 3, and the front end is fixed to the mounting member 17. The mounting member 17 is formed into a U-shaped frame, and its upper edge is attached to the frame member 6a of the sliding door 6. The curtain 12 produces the same effects as those described in the embodiments of FIGS. 2 through 4.

FIG. 7 shows an embodiment in which the curtain 12 in the embodiment shown in FIG. 6 is made of a sheet-like material that does not have a winding force. This curtain 12 is fixed to the sliding door 6 by mounting members 17 formed in a U-shaped frame shape and attached to the front and rear of the frame member 6a of the sliding door 6, respectively. This curtain 12 closes the opening 4a of the cold air circulation path 4 when the sliding door 6 is opened, but generally the opening of the sliding door 6 is for a short time and does not cause any obstruction. It has the same functions and effects as the above-mentioned embodiments, and can be easily attached to the sliding door 6 when manufacturing a refrigerated show case.

As described above, according to this invention, a transparent curtain having a large number of small holes is provided below the sliding door provided at the top opening of the main body case to form a cold air passage between the sliding door and the sliding door. Since the upper surface of the product storage chamber is opened and closed when the product storage chamber is opened and closed, products can be taken out without any trouble. During cooling operation, cold air flows in through the small holes and the inside of the product storage chamber is cooled.
During defrosting operation, warm air is prevented from entering the product storage room.
