Examples of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
Reference numeral 1 shown in Figures 1 to 3 is an L-shaped face-to-face sales type low-temperature case consisting of an upper case 2 and a lower case 3. The main body is made up of walls 5, and three rotating transparent doors 6 are provided on the front of the main body to open and close the front opening 4, and a partition plate 8 is provided in the interior 7 defined by the heat insulating wall. A plate fin type cooler 9 and an axial flow type blower 10 are installed.
A cold air circulation path 11 is provided, and air outlet and suction ports 12 and 13 are arranged opposite to each other at both upper and lower ends of the inside of the front opening 4.
The cold air heat-exchanged by the cooler 9 is forcedly circulated by the blower 10 as shown by the arrow to form a low-temperature air curtain CA inside the front opening 4 to cool the inside 7 of the refrigerator. The main body of the lower case is made up of a heat insulating wall 15 with an opening 14 for storing and taking out products formed in the front half of the upper surface, and two longitudinal slides are provided on the upper surface of the main body to freely open and close the upper opening 14. A movable transparent door 16, a see-through window 17 on the front upper part of the main body, and a dew pan 19 in the interior 18 defined by the heat insulating wall, and a plate fin type cooler 20 installed therein. It forms a chamber 21 and a cold air passage 22, and cools the inside 18 of the refrigerator by causing natural convection of the cold air heat exchanged with the cooler 20 as shown by the arrow.

As shown in FIG. 4, the transparent door 6 of the upper case has two or three transparent plates 40, 41, 42, one or two spacers 43, 44, and each transparent plate and spacer. A multi-layer transparent plate 6A consisting of one or two layers of heat-insulating spaces 45 and 46 defined by the door, and a heat-reflecting film 47 with good visible light transmittance attached to the side surface of the heat-insulating space of the door outer transparent plate 40. The inside transparent plate 42 to the outside transparent plate 4 are cooled by the cold air forcedly circulated in the inside 7 of the refrigerator.
0, and a heat ray reflective coating 47
This reduces the refrigeration load by reflecting heat rays in the long wavelength range such as infrared rays without impairing the see-through effect of the interior 7 of the refrigerator, and also increases the temperature of the transparent plate 40 outside the refrigerator to prevent condensation. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, the transparent door 16 of the lower case 3 is mainly composed of a transparent plate 16A having a heat-reflecting film 50 with good visible light transmittance adhered to the side surface of the inside of the refrigerator, which allows natural convection to flow through the inside 18 of the refrigerator. The heat transfer of the cold air to the heat ray reflective coating 50 via the almost stationary air layer 39 formed between the cold air and the cold air is reduced to prevent radiation cooling, and the heat ray reflective coating 50 allows transparent viewing of the interior 18 of the refrigerator. This is intended to reduce the refrigeration load and prevent dew condensation on the transparent plate 16A by reflecting heat rays without impairing the effect.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG.
3 and 64, a heat insulating space 65 and 66, and a heat ray reflective coating 67.

According to this configuration, since the transparent door 6 on the front surface of the upper case 2 and the transparent door 16 on the upper surface of the lower case 3 intersect with each other to connect both the upper and lower cases, the product can be taken out in different directions. Both transparent doors 6 and 16 can be opened at the same time even when the machine room 23 is in the upper part. Since the air outlet 28a of the hot air passage 28 that guides the warm air from the machine room 23 is provided above, the air flow from the surface of the transparent door 6 of the upper case 2 to the surface of the transparent door 16 of the lower case 3 that is inclined forward downward is provided. In order to form a dew-proof air curtain DA flowing along the same air curtain DA, both transparent doors 6,
In addition to preventing condensation on the transparent door 16 at the same time, the slope of the transparent door 16 improves the rectification characteristics in the downstream area of the dew prevention air curtain DA.
6. Dew condensation prevention can be reliably performed. Furthermore, an air curtain is provided to prevent dew when the transparent door 16 of the lower case 3 is opened.
By providing a door switch 38 that stops the formation of DA, when the transparent door 6 of the upper case 2 is opened, the dew-preventing air curtain DA, which protects the cold air forcedly circulating inside the refrigerator 7 from outside air, can enter the refrigerator interior 18. This can prevent a significant increase in refrigeration load.

As described above, the present invention includes a compressor, a condenser, and a blower in the upper machine room, a transparent door in the front, and a hot air passage outlet above the transparent door that guides warm air from the machine room, so that forced circulation is possible. The main unit is constructed by connecting an upper case that uses cold air to cool the inside of the refrigerator, and a lower case that has a transparent door on the top that slopes downward and cools the inside of the refrigerator using natural convection cold air so that both transparent doors intersect. The warm air from the air outlet forms a dew-preventing air curtain that flows from the surface of the transparent door of the upper case to the surface of the transparent door of the lower case, and also prevents dew when the transparent door of the lower case is opened. This product is characterized by a door switch that stops the formation of an air curtain, so both the transparent doors of the upper and lower cases, which have different directions for taking out products, can be opened at the same time, improving the face-to-face sales function. In addition, by forming a dew-preventing air curtain that utilizes exhaust heat from the machine room in the upper case to extend from the transparent door of the upper case to the transparent door of the lower case, the evaporation effect of the dew-preventing air curtain in the upper case can be reduced to the lower case. The dew prevention air curtain can also be used to prevent condensation on both transparent doors that intersect, and the rectification characteristics of the downstream area where the speed of the dew prevention air curtain is slow can be improved by using the slanted transparent door. In addition, the dew-preventing air curtain is used as a protective air curtain for the circulating cold air when the upper case is opened, but it is removed when the lower case is closed, preventing turbulent convective cold air. can be prevented from occurring, and an increase in the refrigerating load in both warehouses can be prevented.
