本考案は冷凍装置を備え且つ前面の開口面に沿つて上方
より下方に向ってエアーカーテンが形成される形式のオ
ープン型陳列ケースに於て、閉店後の物品取出不要時に
同開口面の前記のエアーカーテンの前側に張設して冷気
の不要な漏出を防止する為に用いるカバーに関するもの
であって、特にカバ一本体の全面に多数の比較的小さい
通孔を開設することによってこの通孔よりカバ一本体の
内外に通気を可能とし、この通気によってカバ一本体の
内外面に温度差を低減し同カバ一本体内面の露結を防止

かに傾倒した下向きの舌状弁片8を上辺縁に備えた多数
の空気循環孔9・・・・・・を夫々一挙に開設すると共
に当該カバ一本体3の上下両端縁辺に不透明硬質合成樹
脂材料製上縁補強部材10および同材料製下縁補強部材
11をこれ等補強部材10.11の中に詰碁12,13
を挿通し且つリベット14にて止めることによって取付
け、この上縁補強部材10を上記の出入ロイ′の上辺に
格納皿15と一緒にビス16により止着してカバ一本体
3を同出入ロイ′に垂下し、また下縁補強部材11と出
入ロイ′の下辺とに着脱自在に係合してカバ一本体3を
出入口遮蔽の伸長状態に維持する引掛係止具17.18

りすることを確実に回避して本考案の前記の目的を充分
に達成し得る利点があり、更に本考案に於ては上半部の
通孔の下辺縁には外方に僅かに傾倒した上向き舌状弁片
を、また下半部の通孔の上辺縁に内方に僅かに傾倒した
上向き舌状弁片を夫々設けたのでカバ一本体を前面開口
部に張設したときにはケース内上方の吹出部より下方に
向って吹出しケース内下方の吸引部よりケース内下側に
吸引されるエアーカーテンのケース下半前面よりの外方
への漏出を下方部の内向傾斜状の舌状弁片によって阻止
し、また同じく上方部の外向傾斜の舌状弁片がケース外
上部に於てカーテンに沿って発生する比較的高温の上昇
気流のケースへの流入を阻止してケース内を所定の温度
以下に保つ冷凍装置の稼動率を著しく低減せしめ得る効
果があり、外方に僅かに傾倒した上向きの舌状弁片を下
辺縁に備えた多数の空気循環孔と内方に僅かに傾倒した
下向きの舌状弁片を上辺縁に備えた多数の空気循環孔と
はカバ一本体を二つ折り重ねの伸展状態としておいてこ
れに多数のU字型切刃によるプレス加工を施すと同時に
プレス圧により同U字状切線にて囲繞された個所を押し
出すことによって即ちワンショットのプレス加工によっ
て極めて簡単且つ能率よく設は得る著効があり、更にカ
バ一本体は二つ折りの合成樹脂シートに自ら其の二つ折
り線を中心として小径に捲き戻るプレストレスを施すこ
とによって構成したもので、即ち、巻込む為の特別な巻
芯がないので不使用時には極めて小さく巻き納めた状態
となって好都合であるのみならず巻き込みは上半分と下
半分とを同時に為すのでこれをスピーディに瞬時的に行

バ一本体と、このカバ一本体の上半部に設けた夫々外方
に僅かに傾倒した上向きの舌状弁片を下辺縁に備えた多
数の通孔と、同じくカバ一本体の下半部に設けた夫々内
方に僅かに傾倒した下向きの舌状弁片を上辺縁に備えた
多数の通孔と、カバ一本体の上下両端辺に取付けた上縁
補強部材および下縁補強部材と、この上縁補強部材に取
付けられ同部材を上記の出入口の上辺に止着してカバ一
本体を同出入口に垂下する係止具と、下縁補強部材に取
付けられ同部材を出入口の下辺に着脱自在に係合してカ
バ一本体を出入口遮蔽の伸長状態に維持する係止具とよ
