製のリボンベースを設け、このリボンベースの両
側面と前記キヤリアの両側面との対向面の一方の
面に軸を一体的に形成し他方の面に一縁が開放さ
れた切欠を有する突片を形成し、前記軸を支承し
て前記切欠に嵌合される筒部と前記突片の一面に
当接する鍔と前記切欠の開口縁より細くて前記突
片の他の面に弾発的に係合するアームとを有する
