ーブルの開口部を覆う頭部と該頭部の下面に垂設
されて前記開口部に挿通可能で、基部側に複数の
係止爪を有するベルト部材とからなり、また、前
記係合部材は前記取付孔に重合状に当接係合する
基板と同基板の下面に垂設されて前記取付孔に挿
入係合される係止脚部とからなり、前記基板の中
央部には前記ベルト部材を挿入可能な挿入孔を設
けるとともに、同挿入孔には内方へ突出して前記
ベルト部材の係止爪と係合する係合爪を設けたこ
