りも一定値以上に高くなつたとき該第1作動室の
空気を該第2作動室に排出する排出弁を備えた負
圧式倍力装置において、前記円板部後面に前記ダ
イヤフラムの前記透孔に嵌合する筒体を突設し、
前記ダイヤフラムの前記透孔周辺部を、それの内
周ビード近傍部分を除いて前記円板部後面と協働
して挾着する抜止めフランジを前記筒体に設け、
前記抜止フランジから解放された前記内周ビード
近傍部分を前記排気弁としたことを特徴とする負
