Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、フィルタの目詰りを掃除機の運転中と停止
時のフィルタの圧力差により１フイルタが動く事を利用
し蕩自然にフィルタの粉じんが１はく離される事で、わ
ずられしいフィルタの手入が不要となり作業効率が向上
し）フィルタを取り出し振り払いする等の作業がなく便
利である。
特に業務用掃除機は限られたスペースで、大きな設備を
組込んだりする事が出来ず１これと言りた解決策がない
のが実情である。
当発明はごく自然に、目詰り回復させる事が出来ると言
う大きな効果がある。
尚サイクロンに当フィルタ方式を接合した場合、フィル
タへ行く量はごくわずかであり、運転停止時にちシ落し
するため、吸引力の低下はなく長期の使用にも安定した
性能を保っている。
次に当発明の構成を図面参考に説明する。
ホース接続管１から入った粉じんは、遠心力によって容
器フに降下し回収されるが１ごく軽い微粒子は１フイル
タ４へ進み、ろ過される際に付着するが１運転停止した
場合フィルタ番は砂袋６と自重によってガード２まで折
たたまれて下降し１各フイルタのしわとの間に分離され
た機態で、粉じんが留るが運転再会と同時に、フィルタ
は吸引力によってフィルタが伸長するため容器７に落下
回収される。
尚ガード３はフィルタが容器７に落下防止と、軽い粗大
ゴミのフィルタへの進入を１防止するためのものである
。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 円筒状フィルタの一方を、袋状にして砂袋を縫い合せ、
    フィルタ外筒とサイクロン筒との淵で、フィルタのつば
    部分の開口部を下向きにして挟み固着し、低辺にはガー
    ドを固定した構造から成るフィルタ。
