- 電源入力回路に直列に接続されたＭＯＳトラン
ジスタと、電源入力端子に接続された抵抗とコン
デンサからなる時定数回路とを備えて、該時定数
回路の出力を前記ＭＯＳトランジスタのゲートに
接続したことを特徴とする突入電流防止回路。
