Claims (1)
- 集塵極と放電極との間にコロナ放電を起こし、
イオン風を発生させる静電送風器において、セラ
ミツクス等の耐熱性、耐摩耗性、絶縁性に富んだ
材質にて形成され一部に尖端部を有する基体と、
この基体の尖端部に被着された金属薄膜または導
電性塗料被膜からなる電極部材と、この電極部材
に高電圧を印加することによりコロナ放電を起こ
しイオン風を発生させる手段と、前記基体内に埋
設され少なくともコロナ放電点を所定温度に加熱
する加熱体とからなる放電極を備えたことを特徴
とするオゾン抑制型静電送風器。
