Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 充電式電池の温度が充電完了に対応した温度に達したと
    きにＯＦＦするサーモスタット３と、充電電流を制御す
    る定電流回路５と、定電流回路制御電流により点灯する
    発光素子ＬＥＤと、シリコン制御整流素子ＳＣＲとを具
    備し、充電完了を知らせる外部信号により上記定電流回
    路を停止させ、電池電圧を検出することにより外部信号
    ＯＦＦ後も上記定電流回路をＯＦＦ保持すべく回路構成
    したことを特徴とするバッテリー充電回路。
