適一実施例を示す概略構成図、第２図は従来の圧
縮機の動力装置の概略構成図である。 図中、２１は反応プロセス、２３は圧縮機、２
５は廃ガスボイラ、２６は抽気タービン、２７は
抽気セクシヨン、２８は高圧部、２９は供給系、
３２は調圧制御装置、３６は低圧部、３７は調速
制御装置である。
適一実施例を示す概略構成図、第２図は従来の圧
縮機の動力装置の概略構成図である。 図中、２１は反応プロセス、２３は圧縮機、２
５は廃ガスボイラ、２６は抽気タービン、２７は
抽気セクシヨン、２８は高圧部、２９は供給系、
３２は調圧制御装置、３６は低圧部、３７は調速
制御装置である。
Claims (1)
- 変動の少ない反応プロセスに圧気を供給する圧
縮機の動力装置において、上記反応プロセスから
の廃ガスを熱源にして蒸気を発生させる廃ガスボ
イラと、上記圧縮機に同軸に設けられ上記ボイラ
からの蒸気によつて上記圧縮機を回転駆動させる
抽気タービンと、該抽気タービンに上記ボイラか
らの蒸気を供給する供給系に設けられ、抽気ター
ビンに供給する蒸気の圧力を調圧する調圧制御装
置と、上記抽気タービンの抽気セクシヨンに設け
られ該抽気セクシヨンより上流側の高圧部から下
流側の低圧部に流入する蒸気量を調節してタービ
ン回転速度を制御する調速制御装置とを備えたこ
とを特徴とする圧縮機の動力装置。
