ターボ過給機が駆動され、前記前段のターボ過給
機および前記後段のターボ過給機から得られた過
給空気が吸気通路に設けたスロツトル弁の開度に
応じてエンジンに供給されるようにしたマルチタ
ーボ過給装置において、前記吸気通路に並列に設
け前記スロツトル弁を側路させるバイパス通路と
、該バイパス通路に介装したエアタービンと、該
エアタービンによつて前記後段のターボ過給機が
駆動可能な手段とを具え、少なくとも前記スロツ
トル弁の全閉時には前記前段のターボ過給機から
得られた過給空気によつて前記エアタービンを駆
動し、当該エアタービンによつて前記後段のター
ボ過給機を駆動するようにしたことを特徴とする
