Claims (1)
ジン出力で駆動される補助空気圧縮機とを備えた過給エ
ンジンにおいて、前記補助空気圧縮機の吐出側通路をタ
ーボ過給機のコンプレッサよりも下流側でエンジン吸気
通路に接続する一方、補助空気圧縮機へのエンジン出力
断続する電磁クラッチと、ターボ過給機の排気タービン
を迂回する排気バイパス通路ならびにこの排気バイパス
通路を電磁ソレノイドを介して開閉する排気バイパス弁
装置と、過給圧を検出して前記電磁ソレノイドならびに
電磁クラッチへの通電を開閉する圧力検出手段と、エン
ジン加速状態を検出して前記圧力検出手段の作動を制御
する加速検出手段とを設け、エンジン急加速時に過給圧
が所定の第1規定圧に達するまでの間電磁ソレノイドを
介して排気バイパス弁装置を開きかつ同じく第2規定圧
に達するまでの間電磁クラッチを介して補助空気圧縮機
を駆動するようにした補助空気圧縮機付ターボ過給エン
