Claims (1)
- チツプ保持部材の端部に凹所を設け、その凹所
の底面にチツプの底面を、側面にチツプの一部の
側面を各々沿わせて接合する硬質チツプの接合構
造において、上記凹所側面の少なくとも凹所底面
近傍を凹所底面に鈍角に交わる傾斜面又は曲面と
し、この凹所に接合面の形状をほぼ対応させた硬
質チツプを挿入して接合することを特徴とする硬
質チツプの接合構造。
