    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複写機本体１のプラテン３上に載置した複写す
    べき原稿２を、プラテン３の下面に沿つて移動自
    在に設けた発熱をともなう光源４により照明する
    ものにおいて、上記光源４のホームポジシヨン側
    周辺を耐火構造とすると共に、上記光源４が故障
    で点灯しつぱなしとなつた場合、紙詰りを判定し
    、紙詰りで上記光源４を搭載しているキヤリツジ
    ８が途中で停止しているのを、ホームポジシヨン
    へ自動復帰させるようにした複写機の安全装置。
