Abstract

PURPOSE:To stick an Al pipe material fast to a member made of Fe by fitting a pipe material made of Fe inside of which is made rough to an unweldable pipe material such as Al etc. from outside, and after expanding from inside of the Al pipe or fastening from outside of the Fe pipe material, welding a member made of Fe to the Fe pipe material. CONSTITUTION:The pipe material made of Fe 3 inner face of which is roughened by forming minute unevenness using a cutting tool etc. is fitted to outer peripheral face of the pipe material 1 made of Al from outside. Then, inside expansion is made to press inner face of the pipe material made of Al 1 or the pipe material made of Fe 3 is pressed from outside by outside fastening and the Al pipe material 1 and Fe pipe material 3 are stuck strongly. Then, a supporting member 2 made of Fe of the same quality with the Fe pipe material is welded 5 to the Fe pipe material 3. Thus, the pipe material and supporting member made of unweldable Al and Fe can be stuck strongly.

However, with the above-mentioned conventional means, it is extremely difficult to fit and connect the tube ends of optical metal tube materials with the necessary strength, and the process is complicated because diameter expansion and connection processing of the tube ends is required. There were drawbacks such as increased cost and increased cost.

In view of this, the present invention provides a method for welding dissimilar metals to a pipe material made of a non-weldable metal such as aluminum, so that a weldable dissimilar metal such as iron can be easily attached to the pipe material made of a non-weldable metal such as aluminum. (Summary of the Invention) In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention is a method of forming minute irregularities on a surface in contact with a non-weldable pipe material such as aluminum. Weldable pipe materials with a rough surface are fitted together, and these pipe materials are expanded inwardly or externally tightened and pressurized to make them integral, and the same type of metal member is welded to the above-mentioned weldable pipe materials. It is characterized by the fact that it is made to do so.

The embodiment shown in the figure shows a case in which a support member 2 made of iron is removed from the outer surface of an aluminum tube 1 by welding, and is fitted as tightly as possible to the outer circumferential surface of the aluminum tube 1. A short iron pipe material 3 having an inner diameter that can be adjusted is provided,
Minute irregularities 4 such as cutting scratches caused by a cutting tool are formed on the inner circumferential surface of the tube material 3, and the tube material 3 is fitted onto the aluminum tube material 1 at the position where the support member 2 is to be attached. Both are pressure-bonded and fixed by an internal expansion process that applies pressure to the surfaces or an external tightening process that applies pressure to the outer surface of the iron pipe material 3.

In addition, if the support member 2 is a pipe material and it is necessary to connect the inside to the inside of the aluminum pipe material 1, as shown in FIG. The holes 6 and 7 are drilled in advance, and the iron pipe material 3 is pressure-bonded to the aluminum pipe material 1 in the same manner as described above, and then the pipe material 2' is fitted into the iron pipe 4A3 to fit the holes 7.
By welding the parts, it is possible to install the parts so that the insides are connected.

As explained above, the present invention involves fitting a weldable pipe material with a roughened surface with minute irregularities on the surface in contact with a non-weldable pipe material such as aluminum, and expanding these pipe materials internally. Alternatively, by externally tightening and pressurizing and welding the same type of metal member to the above-mentioned weldable pipe material, it is possible to easily weld and cover the non-weldable pipe material such as aluminum with a metal member that can be welded. Moreover, there are various advantages such as there is no need to cut the base material side pipe material midway, it is much superior in terms of work compared to the conventional means of fitting and connecting metal pipe materials, and it is suitable for mass production. There is.
