Claims (1)
- 軸方向に差圧のある流体中に設けられた非接触
軸シール装置において、軸の外周面に隙間を存し
て嵌装されかつケーシング内側の周方向溝内に隙
間を存し遊嵌され並設された第１、第２シールリ
ングと、前記第１、第２シールリング間に配設さ
れたバネと、前記第１シールリングの低圧側の外
側面に突設され前記周方向溝の側面に当接したリ
ング状当り面と、前記周方向溝の底面と前記第２
シールリングの外周面間に配設されてシールした
ピストンリングとを具備したことを特徴とする非
接触軸シール装置。
