度と常閉弁の開き量との関係を示す説明図、第３
図は常閉弁の開き量をコントロールするカムシヤ
フトの回転機構を示す要部の断面図である。 図面中、２１，２２，…２ｎは常閉弁、３１，
３２，…３ｎはカム、４はカムシヤフト、５は駆
動装置、６はコントローラ、７，８はコントロー
ルバルブ、９はアクチユエータである。
構成図、第２図は、本考案によるエンジン回転速
度と常閉弁の開き量との関係を示す説明図、第３
図は常閉弁の開き量をコントロールするカムシヤ
フトの回転機構を示す要部の断面図である。 図面中、２１，２２，…２ｎは常閉弁、３１，
３２，…３ｎはカム、４はカムシヤフト、５は駆
動装置、６はコントローラ、７，８はコントロー
ルバルブ、９はアクチユエータである。
Claims (1)
- 排気系に排気ブレーキを備えたエンジンに排気
弁のほかに排気系につながる常閉弁を設けて、前
記排気ブレーキの作動時に常閉弁を開いてブレー
キ効果を発揮させるようにしたエンジンブレーキ
装置において、エンジンブレーキ時のエンジン回
転速度を検出する検出器と、前記常閉弁を開成す
る駆動機構と、前記検出器により検出されるエン
ジン回転速度に応じて前記駆動機構を作動させて
前記常閉弁の開成量を制御する制御系とからなる
ことを特徴とするエンジンブレーキ装置。
