ンガ解体等の作業時に発生する粉じんを該削岩機
に付設したフードによつて集塵する為の集塵フー
ド付削岩機に関するものである。

従来削岩機を使用したコンクリート斫り又はレ
ンガ解体作業においては、集塵フード付削岩機は
ほとんど使用されておらず、削岩機単体とての使
用が通常である。この為、ピツク棒先端の振動及
びコンクリート又はレンガ等の被壊物の破壊に伴
なう粉塵の発生、あるいは削岩機本体排気口から
の排気気体による作業周辺の堆積粉じんの飛散に
伴ない作業者周辺の作業環境が悪いという問題が
あつた。

定フードを囲繞させて周着し、該固定フードの一
端に集塵機の吸引側を接続し集塵する方法が一部
で行なわれている。しかしこのようなフードの一
端から吸引する方式では集塵能力が小さい為、フ
ード先端と被壊物との間隙を小さくしなければな
らない。このため作業中にピツク棒先端が見え
ず、細部での作業性に難点がある。又被壊物の破
壊状況を確認する場合はその都度削岩機を持ち上
げなければならない。なお該間隙を大きくしてお
くと集塵効率が低下するため吸引力を増す必要が
生じる。

もので、削岩中は削岩機本体排気口からの排気気
体を利用して、該気体を導管にて蛇腹フードの二
重環内に導びくことにより蛇腹フードを伸長させ
て集塵を行い削岩中以外には蛇腹フードに収縮力
を与えるバネの復元力により蛇腹フードを収縮さ
せることにより破壊状況の確認を可能にし作業性
の改善をはかつたものである。

ポート6が固設されている。蛇腹フード4の固定
フード2側は蛇腹フード気体供給口7及び蛇腹フ
ード気体排気口10を備え(第5図)、先端部は
閉塞されている。又蛇腹フード気体供給口7と削
岩機本体排気口8との間は導管9によつて接続さ
れており該供給口7と対向側に蛇腹フード気体排
気口10が設けてある。

2、集塵ダクト接続口14に排出される。他方蛇
腹フード4a内の粉塵は集塵ダクト接続口14に
接続された集塵機(図示せず)によつて矢印方向
へ吸引される。削岩機の使用を中断すると削岩機
本体排気口8からの排気気体が蛇腹フード4aの
二重環内に導入されなくなり、蛇腹フード4aは
バネ5の復元力により内部の排気気体が蛇腹フー
ド気体排気口10から排気され収縮しピツク棒3
が露出するため被壊物15の状態が確認可能とな
る。

効果が得られる。コンクリート斫り、レンガ解体
等の作用のように作業位置が不安である場合には
有効な方法である。

ることで粉じんの飛散防止、吸引開口部の縮小に
よる吸引風量の削減ができ、かつ削岩機本体から
の排気気体が蛇腹フード内に排気される為、周辺
の堆積粉じんの飛散も防止され作業環境を改善で
きる利点がある。
