Conventional gutter covers include concrete covers (not shown)
or a metal grid cover 7 as shown in Figures 17 and 19.
1 was hot. The former has low impact resistance, so it could not be used in areas where many vehicles pass by. or,
The latter has no problem in terms of strength against impact, but
If you walk on it barefoot, you may injure your feet, and the elderly or children may slip and hurt themselves, or
There was a drawback that horses could get their hooves caught or slip on the grid, causing injuries to their hooves. Moreover, since the latter is fixed on the iron receiving frame 82, when a car runs on this, the collision between the receiving frame 82 and the grid cover 71 generates a lot of noise. Therefore, the 17th
As shown in the figure, a rubber gasket 90 is attached to the contact part on the back side of the lattice cover 71 which is to be engaged with the U-shaped drain groove 70, and a receiving frame 82 of the cast-in-place side gutter 69 having a stepped portion as shown in FIG. 19 is attached. A rubber gasket 91 was set on the top surface to enhance the sound deadening effect. However, if there is an existing grate cover 71, it is sufficient to simply install the rubber gasket 90 or 91 for sound reduction (soft), but when installing a new groove cover, the grate cover 71, 81 and the sound reduction rubber gasket 90 or 91 can be installed. Rubber packing 90, 91
and had to be prepared separately, which was extremely inconvenient in terms of cost and installation work.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 18, a rubber protective cover 7 is provided on each grid of the grid cover 71 to prevent bare feet and hooves from touching the grid.
There is a method to install 3,73, but it is time consuming and does not prevent noise.

The present invention has been developed in view of these conventional drawbacks, and is characterized by housing a plurality of reinforcing members in a rectangular main body made of flexible material, and providing water inlets alternately with the reinforcing members. It is something. Therefore, it prevents injuries to bare feet and hooves without using a protective cover.
In addition, it is possible to prevent the generation of noise when a heavy vehicle passes by without using a rubber gasket.

The first embodiment of the present invention will be explained based on FIGS. 1 to 10. 1 is a lid body formed into a rectangular plate shape using a flexible material 6 that is easy to mold and has heat adhesive properties, such as hard rubber or soft synthetic resin. This lid body 1 engages with the stepped side groove 69, and if necessary, recesses 2, 2 for retention, which also serve as drainage ports, are formed at both ends in the longitudinal direction.
In the longitudinal direction and perpendicular direction, cast iron, iron, aluminum,

form 4. In this case, since the entire outer periphery of the lid body 1 is covered with the flexible material 6, as shown in FIG.
Even if the lid body 1 is directly fitted onto the iron receiving frame 82 without interposing a rubber gasket or the like, the iron receiving frame 82 is in contact with the flexible material 6, so the flexible material exerts a sound reduction effect. When a heavy object such as a vehicle passes over the lid 1, no noise is generated.

The shape of this reinforcing material will be explained based on FIGS. 5 to 10. The reinforcing material 13 in FIG. The cover body is housed to prevent it from curving downward. In this case, since the shape of the reinforcing material is simple, it is inexpensive. 4 in the diagram
is a drainage port provided with reinforcing members 13, 13, . . . positioned alternately. Since the lid shown in FIG. 6 uses pipe-shaped reinforcing members 23, 23, a hollow portion 23a is created in the lid, so the amount of flexible material used can be reduced, and the reinforcing material and flexible material Improves adhesion and durability. The lid shown in FIG. 7 uses square pipe-shaped reinforcing members 33, 33 with a square cross section. In this case as well, since the hollow portion 33a exists within the lid body, less flexible material is used and the weight is reduced. In FIG. 8, reinforcing members 43, 43 each having an individual-shaped cross section are used, so that the bonding area with the flexible material is large and the peeling resistance is the highest. Figures 9 and 10 show cases in which the various reinforcing materials described above are used in combination.

11 to 13 show the second embodiment,
When molding the lid, in order to position the reinforcing material inside the lid, the reinforcing material is lifted up by some kind of supporting means, and after molding with synthetic resin in that state, the supporting means is removed. In order to prevent the reinforcing material from coming into contact with the outside air and rusting due to the holes created after demolding, or from poor adhesion between the lid body and the reinforcing material, we use heat-adhesive properties similar to those of vinyl chloride, which is the material of the flexible material. For example, a thin and long synthetic resin with heat adhesive properties such as vinyl chloride is used to provide an uneven portion 14 for accommodating the reinforcing material 23 on the upper surface, and also for filling the flexible material 6. The reinforcing material supporting pieces 16, 16 each having an uneven portion 15 are positioned on both sides of the lower surface, and the uneven portion 1 of the reinforcing material supporting pieces 16, 16 is
A reinforcing material 23 is housed in each of the reinforcing materials 4 and 14, and the lid body 11 is formed by fixing them integrally with a flexible material 6 having heat-adhesive properties such as vinyl chloride. In addition, drainage ports 4 are formed in the central portion of the lid 11, alternately with reinforcing members 23, and anti-slip protrusions 17 are provided on the entire surface of the lid 11. There is. In this case, the anti-slip function is not necessarily limited to protrusions, but can also be achieved by having a rough surface instead of a smooth surface.

If reinforcing members 13b and 13b are placed not only in one direction but also in the lateral direction and are combined in a lattice shape, the function of the reinforcing members will be strengthened and durability will be increased. In this case, each reinforcing material 13a,
A plurality of drain ports 4a, 4a are formed apart from the drain port 13b.

FIG. 15 shows a pair of protrusions 18 at one end of the lid 1a,
18, when the lids 1a, 1a are arranged in a straight line, there is a gap 19 between them.
This allows the operator to insert his hand when removing the lid 1a from a drain or the like. In this case as well, a drain port 4 is provided in the center.

Figure 16 shows a system without a drainage port in the center.
Recessed portions 24, 24 for holding and drainage are provided at both ends, and furthermore, a pair of protruding portions 25, 25 are provided in the portions that contact each other, and a dovetail groove that fits into an adjacent protrusion is provided on the opposite side. By providing 26 and 26 and making them engage with each other, it is possible to prevent the lid from falling off and being lost when a vehicle passes over the lightweight lid 1b. .

To explain the operation of this embodiment, since the outside of the lid body 1 is covered with a flexible material 6, the lid flexible material 6
has the function of a rubber seal, and by simply placing the lid 1 directly on the iron receiving frame 82, no noise is generated when a vehicle passes over the lid. Further, the built-in reinforcing material 3 is shielded from the outside world by the flexible material 6 and is not affected by water or air, so that the durability of the reinforcing material can be increased. or,
Using the reinforcing piece support pieces 16, 16 shown in FIG.
If the reinforcing material 3 engaged on this support belt is covered with a flexible material 6 and molded into an integral part, the reinforcing material will not be eccentrically exposed to the outside world and deteriorate its durability. .

The reinforcing material is placed on and engaged with support belts located on the lower surfaces of both sides of the lid body, and the support belt and the lid body are integrally formed of the same flexible material, so that the reinforcing material is not exposed to the outside air. Furthermore, the reinforcing material will not be exposed to the outside world in a short period of time due to uneven wear of the lid due to aging caused by passing vehicles and the like.
