Conventional technology Conventionally, as shown in Fig. 3, a typical dishwasher of this type stores cleaning liquid etc. 3 at the bottom of a dishwashing tank 2 for storing and washing dishes 1, etc. The cleaning liquid 3 is drawn in from the water intake port 6 of the cleaning pump 5 through the filter 4, and is force-fed to the rotary arm nozzle 7.8, where it is sprayed all over the tableware 1 for cleaning. There is also a drain pump 9 for draining residual water after cleaning. In the case of a dishwasher like this,
Dirt and leftovers that have fallen from tableware 1 are removed from rotating arm nozzle 7.
This prevents leftover food from clogging the injection port (not shown) of No. 8, from adhering to and contaminating the tableware 1 again, and from clogging the drainage route such as a drain pipe when draining residual water. In order to prevent this, a relatively fine-mesh leftover filter 4 is provided. However, leftovers etc. adhere to this leftover filter 4 during cleaning, and
Since this creates suction resistance to the cleaning pump 5 and reduces its capacity, the area is made larger than necessary for safety reasons. Therefore, when taking out and washing the leftover filter 4, a large filter must be washed, which takes time and effort. Furthermore, when the washing pump 6 stops, leftovers and other items with light specific gravity leave the leftovers filter 4 and spread into the washing liquid stored at the bottom of the dishwashing tank 2, and the water level increases due to the operation of the drain pump. As it gradually decreases, it is scattered not only on the leftover filter 4 but also on the bottom surface of the dishwashing tank 2, making post-processing of these parts troublesome. Furthermore, since leftover food remains on the leftover food filter 4, there is a problem in that clean water is contaminated even during rinsing. As a method to solve this problem, as shown in FIG. A dishwasher is being considered that eliminates the need to pass through a fine-mesh filter to remove clogging, and also eliminates the need for post-processing of the filter. 5-a is a cleaning pump and 5a/
is a washing pump/drainage pump which can be switched between external discharge and the route to the rotary arm nozzle 8-a by a switching solenoid valve 12.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, this dishwasher (Fig. There remains the problem of water pollution and clogging of drain pipes, etc. There are also conventional dishwashers as shown in Figure 5, which prevent re-adhesion to dishes during washing. To prevent this, a leftovers collection box 13 is provided near the side wall of the dishwashing tank with a thin filter 14 for collecting leftovers crushed by the rotating blade 10-b and fixed blade 11-b contained in the cleaning liquid s-b. This is where the leftover food is collected and washed.

Furthermore, this discharge port 16 is provided with a normally open valve 17, and when the drainage electromagnetic valve 18 is switched to drain water, the valve 17 is closed by the water pressure, and the leftover food in the drainage path 16 is simultaneously discharged to the outside. It is something that is discharged. Further, 5-b is a cleaning pump. In this method of collecting crushed leftovers in a dishwasher, the cleaning liquid does not necessarily pass through the leftovers collection box 13, and the collection efficiency is poor. Furthermore, as in the example of the dishwasher shown in FIG. 4, since water containing leftover food is discharged, there are problems of water pollution and drainage pipes being clogged. In addition, in order to improve the collection efficiency of leftover food, a method is being considered in which the cleaning liquid is branched from a part of the discharge side of the cleaning pump during cleaning operation and is forcibly collected through a fine filter. In this method, the branching reduces the discharge pressure and flow rate of the cleaning liquid from the rotating arm nozzle, which may reduce the cleaning performance, and for this reason, it is necessary to use a cleaning pump with a large capacity.

The remaining water path of the gate valve 38 is normally in an open state. To explain the operation in the above configuration, dirty dishes 20 etc. are set in the dishwashing tank 22, and the cleaning liquid 23 is poured into the dishwashing tank 22. When the cleaning pump 24 is operated, the cleaning liquid 23 is sucked in through the water intake port 26, and is passed through the rotating arm nozzle 2.
From 7.28, the cleaning liquid 23 is sprayed to remove dirt from the tableware 20 and the like. At this time, the dirt that has fallen from the tableware 20 etc. falls to the bottom of the tableware washing tank 22 as leftover food.
The water flows into the recess 26 on the bottom of the dishwashing tank, and further flows into the water intake port 26.
When passing through the cleaning pump runner 30, the rotary blade 29 that rotates integrally with the cleaning pump runner 30 and the filter-shaped fixed blade 31 finely crush the powder, and the cleaning pump 24 sends it to the rotating arm nozzles 27 and 28.
However, since the leftovers are finely pulverized, the nozzle injection port (not shown) will not be clogged with leftovers. Furthermore, while the cleaning pump 24 is in operation, the switching valve 35 is connected to the circulation path 4.
7 side, the gate valve 38 is closed, and when the drain pump 34 is operated, the cleaning liquid 23 containing finely crushed leftovers passes through the drain port 32 and drains into the leftovers storage section 33. The fine scraps are collected by the fine filter part 36 of the scrap storage box 39 installed there, and the cleaning liquid 23 free of solids is sent to the drain pump 34. Switching valve 35. It returns to the dishwashing tank 22 via the circulation path 4o. Due to this continuous operation, the forcibly crushed leftovers are collected into the leftovers storage box 39, so the leftovers contained in the cleaning liquid 23 disappear during washing, and the dishes, etc. are recontaminated. No worries. Furthermore, when the washing is finished, the washing pump 24 stops, the switching valve 36 switches to the discharge path 41 side, and the gate valve 38 opens. Since the water is discharged to the outside from the drain port 32, problems such as clogging of drain pipes and contamination of waste water are eliminated. Furthermore, when rinsing is performed by supplying fresh water, the drain pump 34 is not operated, so the rinsing water does not pass through the leftover food storage section 33, so the rinsing water is not contaminated with leftover food, and the dishes 20, etc. are efficiently removed. In addition, it can be rinsed.
After the entire washing process is completed and the dishes are taken out, the leftover food can be disposed of by taking out the leftover food storage box 39 from the leftover food storage section 33 and disposing of the leftover food that has gathered in the fine filter section 36 with a single touch. It's easy to do and post-processing is easy. Further, since the water is circulated by the drain pump 24 rather than the discharge side of the washing pump, there is almost no effect on the washing performance. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, if there is no residual water port 37 other than the drain port 32, the drain pump 34
When draining water to the outside, air enters the drain pump 34 when the water level reaches position A, and no further water can be drained, leaving residual water in the recess 26 at the bottom of the dishwashing tank. In order to keep this structure as it is without leaving any residual water, the drainage port 32 must be made horizontal so that no residual water accumulates, and this inevitably increases the depth of the leftover food storage section 33. The leftover food storage box 39 is difficult to take out and difficult to clean. Therefore, the remaining water port 39 and the gate valve 38 are provided so that the remaining water can be completely discharged without being circulated through the remaining water port 39 during washing.

Also, the switching valve 35. The gate valve 38 could be electrically controlled using a solenoid valve, but this would require parts such as a cleaning detection means and a solenoid valve, which would be expensive.
There are also concerns about the safety of insulation.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above examples, the dishwasher of the present invention has the following features:
A leftover storage box that finely crushes leftovers and collects the shredded leftovers is removably installed in the drainage path, and a drainage pump is used to transport the leftovers into the leftover storage box during the washing (pre-washing/main washing) process. By circulating the cleaning solution while collecting leftovers, it efficiently prevents leftovers from re-adhering to dishes, prevents contamination of rinse water, prevents clogging and contamination of drain pipes, etc., and prevents leftovers from remaining in the recessed part of the bottom of the dishwashing tank. No water remains and post-treatment is easy.
