That is, the lower folded piece 5C separates from the main body piece 5C using the supported portion by the roller 9 of the supporting member 6 located below the open bottom surface of the laminated portion 4 as a fulcrum, and separates downward in a hanging shape, and expands along with this. As the opening member 12 moves forward, the tip peeling roller 19 and the pull-out roller 16 move together, and the roller 19 reliably separates the tip of the folded piece 5B downward, and both rollers 16 and 19 stack it together. Supports the entire weight of the inner paper 5. On the other hand, as the expanding member 12 moves forward, the supporting member 6 is swung downward against the spring 10, and the folded portion of the lowermost inner paper 5 is freed.
The leading end of the folded piece 5B, which has been separated and hung down by the pull-out roller 19 as shown in FIG. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3C, the inner paper 5 is sent downward by the frictional force of the belt 36 with the folded piece 5B at the beginning.

As described above, the inner paper 5 is transported into the bag material 109 by the transporting action of the second inner paper transport member 84, etc., but after this transport, the inner paper 5 is
is in a state where its terminal end is exposed from the bag material 109. In the inner paper pushing mechanism 92, the hydraulic pressure of the vertically moving hydraulic cylinder 101 is released, and the cylinder 101 is contracted by the return spring 105, and the advancing/retracting hydraulic cylinder 94 and the pushing member 93 are compressed. is lowered, and the pushing member 93 pushes the return bullet 1 against the inner paper sliding plate 83.
05 results in a press-welded state. Then, the advancing/retracting fluid pressure cylinder 94 is further extended, and the pushing member 93 slides on the inner paper sliding plate 83 in the conveying direction side, and moves the terminal end of the inner paper 5 to the edge guide 107.
Then, it is pushed into the bag material 109 while regulating its position in the transport width direction by the pressing piece 126.

In this way, when the inner paper 5 is pushed into the bag material 109, the hydraulic pressure of the cylinder 128 is released, the cylinder 123 is contracted by the return mechanism 128, and the extension shaft 125 is raised, as shown in FIG. As shown in , as the pressing piece 126 separates from the bag material 109, the interlocking shaft 130 also rises together with the extension shaft 125. As a result, the movable pressing roller 117 falls due to its own weight, and the roller 11
7 cooperates with the bag material sliding plate 113 to clamp the bag material 109 in which the inner paper 5 is stored. At the same time, the bag material 109 starts to be transported by the transport rollers 111 and the like. During this conveyance, the inner paper 5 is transported along with the bag material 109 by the movable pressing roller 1.
17, the fixed pressing roller 115, and the bag material sliding plate 113 and conveyed between the clamping rollers 131, so that the inner paper 5 is not displaced within the bag material 109 due to inertia accompanying the conveyance. I never wake up.

This bag 134 is conveyed on a conveyance path 135, and the conveyance path 135 is the conveyance path 1 of the workpiece 139.
It is temporarily stopped at a position orthogonal to 38 and fixed with a stopper or the like. Then, a pair of opening guides 142 are pushed into both sides 134A of the bag body 134, so that the cross section of both sides 134A is approximately U-shaped or V-shaped, and the bag body 134 is opened wide and one opening is The guide 142 is located below one side of the main piece 5C of the inner paper 5, and the other opening guide 142 is located between the other side of the main piece 5C and the folded piece 5.
The main body piece 5C is bent upwardly and the folded piece 5B is bent downwardly. In this state, the workpiece 139 is placed between the main piece 5C and the folded piece 5B of the inner paper 5 stored in the bag body 134.
The workpiece 139 easily and smoothly enters between the main body piece 5C and the folded piece 5B through the large opening of the bag body 134, and the inner paper 5 and the bag body 134 are integrated by the opening guide 142. As a result, the workpiece 139 is placed in the first position without causing any troubles such as misalignment, distortion, or bending of the inner paper 5.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 13, it is inserted into the bag 134 accurately and easily.

As described in detail above, the present invention uses a conveyor, a guide device, and a cylinder equipped with a pushing member to move the workpiece into the bag material when the conveyance device that intermittently conveys the bag material in the longitudinal direction stops conveying the bag material. Therefore, the workpieces can be accurately and efficiently loaded into the bag material without moving the conveyor, the guide device, the cylinder equipped with the pushing member, etc. in the conveying direction of the conveying device in synchronization with the conveying speed. The structure can be simplified.
In addition, since the conveyor device is equipped with a clamping device that vertically clamps the bag material together with the work over the entire length from the workpiece loading position to the fusing position, the bag material into which the workpiece has been loaded is placed at the workpiece loading position. The workpiece does not shift its position within the bag material while being conveyed from the to the melting position, and the bag body containing the workpiece can be manufactured with high precision and in good condition. Furthermore, in the clamping device, the mechanism located at the workpiece loading position of the conveying device is an intermittent clamping mechanism that releases clamping of the bag material only when loading the workpiece into the bag material.
The clamping device does not interfere with the charging of the workpiece into the bag material, and the workpiece can be easily inserted into the bag material. The present invention has the above-mentioned various advantages, and the bag containing the workpiece can be manufactured with high accuracy, quality, and efficiency, and is of great practical benefit.
