Claims (1)
- 配線基板に取着された受光素子と、この受光素
子の外周囲を囲繞するようにして前記配線基板に
取付けられ前記受光素子の受光面に面して開口部
を有するシールド部材と、このシールド部材の開
口部を閉塞する透明な保護部材と、この保護部材
に形成された導電性の透明膜とを具備してなり、
前記透明膜を接地電位に接続したことを特徴とす
る光電検出装置。
