案で使用する遮音板とブラケツト固定用ボスとの
係止構造を示す説明図である。 １はエンジンブロツク、２ａは上半平面部、２
ｂは下半曲面部、４，５はブラケツト固定用ボス
、４ｂ，５ｂは嵌合孔、４ｃ，５ｃは環状溝、６
は遮音板取付部、６ａは遮音板取付用ネジ孔、６
ｂは貫通孔、７は遮音板、８は押え枠、１０は各
種補機、１１はエンジンマウント用ブラケツトで
ある。
図、第２図は第１図の分解斜視図、第３図は本考
案で使用する遮音板とブラケツト固定用ボスとの

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ エンジンの騒音発生面を遮音板で覆い、この
騒音発生面と遮音板との間に所定間隔の空隙を形
成した遮音構造に於いて、上記遮音板を弾性体で
形成し、該遮音板とその外側から押圧する押え枠
とを上記騒音発生面の遮音板取付部に対し締結手
段により共締め固着すると共に、上記騒音発生面
中央部付近から突出したブラケツト固定用ボスを
、前記遮音板に形成した嵌合孔に挿通させたこと
を特徴とするエンジンの遮音構造。 ２ 上記遮音板は、その嵌合孔の径が上記ブラケ
ツト固定用ボスの外径より小さく設定され、前記
ブラケツト固定用ボスの外周に形成した環状溝に
より上記遮音板の嵌合孔内周縁部が係止されてい
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のエンジン
の遮音構造。
