- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 監視対象機器のケースに対して一体振動可能
に、かつ所定範囲にわたつて高密度に添設した光
フアイバセンサと上記センサの一端より光を入射
させる発光体と、センサの他端から出射される光
を受光するための受光体と、上記受光体からの信
号を入力として異常を判別する異常判別手段とを
有することを特徴とする異常検出装置。 ２ 光フアイバセンサが、光フアイバのみで構成
される上記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
異常検出装置。 ３ 光フアイバセンサが、光フアイバと、光フア
イバの途中部に介装された磁気光学効果素子とで
構成される上記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
