Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 貫通孔を設けた碍子と、 この碍子の貫通孔に端面が前記貫通孔の開口す
る碍子表面と同一面となるように一端が埋め込ま
れ、他端が貫通孔より延出されている光導波路と
、 この光導波路の他端に接続された光分岐結合器
と、 前記光導波路の他端に前記光分岐結合器を介し
て光を入射するための光源と、 前記光導波路の端面における後方散乱光を前記
光分岐結合器を介して受光し、その強度に比例し
た信号を出力する受光器と、 この受光器の出力に基づき前記碍子表面に付着
する汚損物質量を換算する演算器と を備えたことを特徴とする碍子汚損量測定装置。
