- 中途部にセンサ部が形成されたセンサ用光フア
イバとモニター用光フアイバとを並設し、これら
両光フアイバの受光側に、両光フアイバの受光信
号をそれぞれ２値化して導入しその排他的論理積
をとる論理処理部を設けたことを特徴とする液体
検知装置。
