DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a container (hereinafter referred to as "container"), which is used as a container for chocolate, cake, etc., and has a pleated thin peripheral wall that gradually increases in diameter upward from the peripheral edge of the bottom. The present invention relates to a container separating device for separating containers one by one from a group of containers in which a plurality of containers (referred to as "containers") are stacked and bonded together.

[Conventional examples and their problems] The above-mentioned container is made by stacking multiple sheets of paper or aluminum foil, cutting them into an arbitrary shape such as a circle or an oval, and deep-drawing them. They were manufactured as a group of containers that were stacked and bonded together. When used as a container for chocolate, cake, etc., each container was manually separated from a group of containers one by one. However, manually separating containers one by one from a group of containers is extremely inefficient and has disadvantages in terms of hygiene.

[Object of the Invention] In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention aims to provide a container separating device that can automatically and reliably separate containers one by one from a group of containers.

[Structure of the Invention] As a result of repeated numerous experiments to achieve the above object, the present inventor has developed a plurality of containers 1.1 and 1, as shown in FIG.
When air is blown onto the opening edge 2a of the peripheral wall of the container group 2 which has been repeatedly processed, air enters through a very small gap in the opening edge 2a of the surrounding wall to be processed, resulting in a state of adhesion. It was discovered that the container 1.1 can be handled, and the present invention was completed based on this finding.

The gist of the present invention is to stack and process a plurality of containers each having a pleated thin peripheral wall whose diameter gradually increases upward from the peripheral edge of the bottom.
A container separating device that separates containers one by one from a group of containers in a 1L state includes a stock part capable of vertically movably stocking a group of containers with thin peripheral wall ends of the containers facing downward, and a stock part provided below the stock part. A container in which a holding/separating tool having a separation hole, which is approximately the same name as the stock part, and a suction head are inserted downward into the stock part at the lower end of a tapered holding guide surface whose inner diameter gradually decreases downward. a pull-out and transfer tool provided so as to descend from the group lifting position to a pull-out position below the holding/separation tool and then rotate to a detachment transfer position above the carry-out device; and a container handling means having a nozzle hole for ejecting air for container handling toward the lower and outer side of the container group lifting stock space in the stock section corresponding to the container group lifting position of the suction head.

The holding/separating tool 4 has separation holes 4b drilled at the lower end of a tapered holding guide surface 4a whose inner diameter gradually decreases downward, and is formed at an appropriate pitch P on the left and right sides. A tapered guide surface 4C is formed whose inner diameter gradually increases downward from the lower end. The separation hole 4b is a container group whose inner diameter is oriented downward with the opening held on the tapered holding guide surface 4a. It is formed to have a slightly smaller diameter than the outer diameter of the virtual circumscribed circle or virtual circumscribed ellipse (see Fig. 5). A second holding/separating tool 5 is disposed below the holding/separating tool 4 with an interval equal to or greater than the height of the container 1. The second holding/separating tool 5 has a second separating hole 5b having approximately the same inner diameter and the same name as the separating hole 4b at the lower end of a second tapered holding guide surface 5a whose inner diameter gradually decreases downward. It is formed as follows. On the upper surface of the holding/separating tool 4, a guide holding rod 6a is provided upright from the outside of the peripheral edge of the tapered holding guide surface 4a.
A stock portion 6 having an opening at the upper end and having the same name as the separation hole 4b is formed. Further, on the upper surface of the second holding/separating tool 5, a second stock part 7 consisting of guide holding rods 7a, 7a, etc., which are erected from the outside of the peripheral edge of the tapered holding guide surface 5a, is installed in the separation through hole. It is formed with the same name as 5b.

Then, as the suction head 10 lowers the lowermost container 1 that has been adsorbed by the suction head 10 in a separated state, the pleated thin peripheral wall end 1a' of the container 1 is moved to the tapered holding guide surface 4a of the holding/separating tool 4. After being guided through the separation hole 4b, the container group 2 in the upper part from which the container 1 at the bottom was separated falls to the holding/separating tool. It is held by the taper guide surface 4a of No. 4 (the fifth
(See figure (C)). In addition, when the suction holes 10b, 10b, . Due to the container handling air that has entered between the container 1 and the thin wall 1a, the thin wall 1a with folds of the lowest container 1 is slightly reduced in diameter, and the suction holes 10b, 10b, . . .
When approaching , the thin wall 1a with folds of the lowermost container 1 is rapidly suctioned into the suction holes 10b, 10b, etc., and its diameter is completely reduced (the state shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 4). Due to the synergistic effect with the container-separating air ejected from the nozzle holes 12a, 12a of the container-separating means 11, the containers 1.degree. However, several containers 1.1, which are not sufficiently handled by the stock 6 and remain stuck together, are transferred to the second stock section 7.
Once the containers 1, 1, etc. have been separated, the containers 1, 1, etc. are completely separated by the high-speed separating air jetted from the nozzle holes 14, 14, etc. of the second container separating means 13 shown in Fig. 5C). It will be handled. Then, as the suction head 10 lowers the lowermost container 1 that has been completely separated and suctioned by the suction head 10, the pleated thin peripheral wall end 1a' becomes the tapered holding guide of the second holding/separating tool 5. After being guided by the surface 5a, the separation hole 5b
(Fig. 5 (state shown by the two-dot chain line in the mouth). Containers 1 other than the lower end are either lowered by their own weight and held by the tapered guide surface 5a of the holding/separating tool 5, or when the suction head 1o is lowered, the nozzle holes 14, 14 of the second container handling means 13...
- The container is once kept in a floating state in the second stocking section 7 by the air for handling that is blown out, and then when the air for handling is stopped, it is seated on the second container handling means 13 and stocked. The container 1 separated below the second container/separator 5 moves onto the unloading device 15 as the suction head 10 rotates 180 degrees, and then detaches from the suction head 10 that has stopped suctioning. It falls onto the carrying out device 15 under its own weight and is carried out to the next process. The suction head 10 that has completed detachment from the container is
After turning 180 degrees to the state shown in the fifth diagram, it begins to ascend.

If the container 1 remains in the second stock section 7 (not shown), the remaining container 1 is lifted as the suction head 10 rises, and the container held in the stock section 6 is removed.
