Conventional technologyPaper tubes are used in many industrial fields, but the conventional manufacturing methods are basically the same in all cases, and the explanation is as shown in the explanatory diagram in Figure 5.
Show me. In FIG. 151, (1) is fixed to the main body of the machine with a cloak (v), and the base paper (2) is wrapped around the surface. In conventional paper tube manufacturing equipment, the base paper (2) passes through a gluing device (9) and is coated with glue before being rolled up, and then the paper is coated with glue through a mandrel.
(1) Next, the winding drive drum (7
) The silicone paper is tightly wound onto the mandrel surface by a winding belt (8) which is hung as shown in the figure. Involvement bet (
8) is wound once at a certain angle with the mandre/L' (1) and is driven by the drum (7), so the entire wound paper is gradually pulled in the right direction in the figure according to the inclination angle. Served. The product is then dried naturally. Before the base paper (2) is rolled up, the bottom paper (2) is generally rolled up in advance. Also, Figure 5 shows the base paper (2) for convenience of explanation.
Is 2) only Article 3? Although shown in the figure, generally there are many drums, and although only one pair of winding drive drums (7) is shown in the figure, there may also be multiple pairs of winding drums (7). If this is shown in a block diagram for each process, it will look like Figure 6.
The first step is gluing, the second step is rolling, and the third step is rolling and tightening.

Means for Solving the Problems The purpose of this invention is as mentioned above: To reuse the leftover materials from paper carton manufacturing, which were previously discarded, to create effective paper tubes! I! It's actually about manufacturing. This remaining material is laid down as shown in Figure 1. In the same figure, (6) is the leftover material from the milk paper bag, and (2) is the leftover material from the tomato juice paper carton. In both cases, the part indicated by the dotted line was used as the original paper carton, and the scraps were left behind. O becomes the material
In other words, in the production of paper packs, it is common to cut off both sides of a wide base paper and make paper packs using only the center part, which is commonly known as cosmetic cutting. The letters, designs, etc. that indicate the contents are printed and remain, and the surface is coated with polyethylene or other resin coating to make it water resistant and does not accept water. It is extremely smooth and has very little frictional resistance, making it extremely slippery in the horizontal direction. Therefore, if a force is applied to shift the winding sheet directly in the axial direction (to the right in the figure) as in the conventional manufacturing method, there will be discrepancies between each base sheet due to the slippage, and the sheets will be broken apart. It is often difficult to obtain a good paper tube. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, it is necessary to make effective use of the thin resin film on the surface. If the resin is heated and melted just before being rolled up, adhesive strength will be obtained and the resin will become adhesive immediately. A block diagram showing how a perfect paper tube can be obtained without shifting in the lateral direction is shown in FIG. 2.Embodiment FIG. 3 shows an embodiment of the present invention. In Figure 3, (1) is fixedly installed on the machine body with a mandrel,
(2) is plain paper. In this case, the base paper is, of course, the leftover material from the manufacture of paper packs, as shown in FIG. In addition, (25 is a plain paper that has not been processed in any way. (3) is a hot air generator with no heating element (4) or blower (5), and (6) is a hot air generator that blows hot air.
It is a nozzle. (7) is a winding drive drum which is placed between the mandrel (1) and the mandrel (1) on both sides thereof at a certain angle of inclination to the axis of the mandrel, and is driven to rotate by power. (8) is a mandre /l/ (1
) is wound diagonally once, and the winding drive drum (7) is hooked onto both ends of the drive drum (7) and driven. The present invention has the above-mentioned structure.Next, the operation of this embodiment will be explained as follows:
High-temperature hot air is constantly blown out from the cap 2), and the thin resin film on the surface of the cap 2) comes into contact with this hot air and melts to obtain adhesive properties, which are then directly wound around the mandrel (1) and bonded directly to each other. It turns out. In this case, since the plain paper (2) is rolled up in advance, the base paper (2) is rolled on top of it. Thereafter, the paper on the mandrel is wound tightly by the winding belt (8), which is driven and rotated by the winding drum (forced) and wraps around the mandrel once diagonally, and is slid and pulled out to the right in the figure. In this case, the paper cores are bonded to each other with sufficient adhesive force, and the resistance to lateral displacement is extremely high. This is the basis for completing the present invention. In this way, a complete paper core αO) can be obtained. It will be done. Figure 3 temporarily shows only three strips of base paper (2) for convenience of explanation, but in general, multiple strips are often wound one on top of the other, and in this case, each strip is exposed to high-temperature hot air through a nozzle. Figure 4 shows another example of the heating device, in which an electric sheathed heater (3) is used to heat the base paper (2). Figure 4 shows one strip of base paper. Only the following are shown. In short, Mandre/
v If you heat the thin resin film with some kind of heating device just before entering (1), it will be effective.

In addition, before the base paper (2) is rolled up and hung on the winding belt (8), if the paper that is not the above-mentioned residual material is rolled up at the top of the paper as a surface paper to complete the paper tube, it can be confirmed that it is waste material from a paper pack. It is also possible to use a convenient paper tube to hide the image.

Detailed Description of the Invention [As described above, the present invention effectively utilizes waste material left over from the production of paper packs and reliably recycles it into paper tubes. Conventionally, this waste material was incinerated or disposed of as is. Because of the large amount of waste, it caused environmental destruction and became a social problem.
