誰が必要としているのかを調査し選択する負担が生じる
。また、何処の誰に送信するかは個々の利用者の判断に
負うところが多く、かならずしも必要な情報が必要なと
ころへ過不足なく送信されるとは限らない欠点があった
。また、従来の情報送信装置では、情報の属性がどのよ
うな条件を満たしたときその情報をどこへ送信したかの
記録が行なえなかった。従って、その記録が必要ならば

報を前記選択手段により選択された前記レコードに含ま
れる前記宛先アドレスが指示する宛先へ送信する送信手

担を軽減することができる。また、本発明装置は、情報
を送信した宛先のアドレスとその条件を記憶しておくか
ら、何処の誰にどのような条件において情報を送ったか

先アドレスが指示する宛先へ送信する送信手段とを具備
