宛先を選択しその宛先アドレスを指定する手続きが必要
なことを意味する。この場合、その情報を何処の誰が必
要としているのかを調査し選択する負担が生じる。また
、何処の誰に送信するかは個々の利用者の判断に負うと
ころが多く、かならずしも必要な情報が必要なところへ
過不足なく送M−aれるとは限らない欠点があった。ま
た、従来の情報送信装置では、宛先の要求により送信す
べき情報の条件に変更があった場合には、宛先から情報
送信装置の利用者に向けて電話等で連絡する必要があり

件式を前記新しい条件式に変更する変更手段とを具備す

可能であり、したがって受取り側の必要とする情報に関
する変化に対し柔軟に対応できる。
