  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 開口端、実質上ストレートな管状部及び閉
    塞底部を有し、厚さが１００μｍ以上で且つ６０
    乃至８５モル％のビニルアルコール単位を含有す
    るエチレンビニルアルコール共重合体の中間層と
    耐湿性耐クリープ性熱可塑性樹脂の内外層とから
    成る多層構造物で形成されていることを特徴とす
    る多層樹脂製採血管。 (2) 前記採血管は多層構造物のパイプを製造し
    、このパイプを切断し、その一端部を閉塞するこ
    とにより形成されたものである実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の採血管。
