第１図、第２図は本考案の代表的な離型紙の断面構成図
であり、第３図〜第５図は本考案を用いた第１図の変形
例を示す。 第１図は接着剤層／アルミ箔／アミノ系樹脂またはアミ
ノ系樹脂とアクリイレ系樹脂とを主成分とする樹脂層が
離型紙基体の片面に設けられている場合の説明用拡大断
面図、第２図は同じく両面に配設されている場合を示す
。 第３図は離型紙基体の片面に第１図の樹脂層が設けられ
ており、反対面に接着剤層とアルミ箔及びシリコーン系
離型剤層が設けられている場合、第４図は第３図の接着
剤層とアルミ箔の代わりに口止剤層６か設けられている
場合の断面図である。 第５図は第３図、第４図における反対面に裏面樹脂層７
が設けられている場合の断面図である。 １・・・離型紙基材、２・・・接着剤層、３・・・アル
ミ箔、４・・・アミノ系樹脂またはアミノ系樹脂とアク
リル系樹脂とを主成分とする樹脂層、５・・・離型剤層
、６・・・アルミ箔以外の口止剤層、７・・・裏面樹脂
層。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ↓ 離型紙基体の片面若しくは両面にアルミ箔が貼合わ
    されており、該アルミ箔の少なくとも一方の面上にア′
    ミノ系樹脂単独またはアミノ系樹脂とアクリル系樹脂と
    の混合物を主成分とする樹脂層Ａが配設されており、該
    樹脂層Ａの少なく共一方の面上に離型剤層Ｂが設けられ
    ている離型紙。 ２ アミノ樹脂が尿素樹脂である実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の離型紙。 ３ アミノ樹脂が尿素樹脂の共重合体である実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の離型紙。 ４ アミノ樹脂が尿素樹脂とその共重合体との混合物で
    ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の離型紙。 ５ 離型剤がシリコーン系樹脂である実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の離型紙。
