Claims (1)
- 測定圧力を受けるベローズとこのベローズに結
合し、ベローズに発生した力が与えられる力検出
振動子と前記ベローズを支持する本体とを備えた
圧力測定装置において、前記ベローズと本体の間
にこれらの線膨張係数の違いによる伸びの差をキ
ヤンセルする異種金属を介して固着したことを特
徴とする圧力測定装置。
