Claims (1)
- 被焙煎物の焙煎を行なう焙煎容器と、被焙煎物
を冷却、収納する冷却箱とをそれぞれ別個に設け
た焙煎機において、前記冷却箱内に空気を送風す
る送風手段を設け、該冷却箱内には上記被焙煎物
を受ける粗目の第１の網と、該第１の網から脱落
するくずを受ける目の細かい第２の網とを、該冷
却箱の空気の吸入側から順次設けたことを特徴と
する焙煎機。
