繰り返し反射するのに都合のよい基板の厚さＺと
の関係を示すグラフ、第６図は従来の光合波・分
波器の一例を示す参考図、第７図は従来のスペー
サとロツドレンズとの関係を示す参考図である。
１はロツドレンズ、２はフイルタ、３は支持板、
４はロツドレンズブロツク、５は基板、６は入射
面、７は出射面、８は接着剤、９はスペーサ、１
０は入射用ロツドレンズ。
