第1図は光ファイバと受光器と従来方式によって結合す
る方法を説明する図、第2図は、本考案の概念を示す図
であり、第3図は本考案の主眼となる平板の機能を説明
する図であり、第4図は上記平板の構造を説明する図で
ある。
図面において、1は光ファイバ、2は受光器、3は高精
度で加工ができるSi板、4はガラス板、5は光ファイ
バの斜め研磨端のエッヂ部、6は平板、7は反射膜、8
はレンズ作用部、n2は平板6の媒質の屈折率、nlは

せるようにして、光フアイバアレイと受光器アレイを平
面的に結合させたことを特徴とする受光器アレイと光フ
