The laminated molding material was formed into a predetermined part shape by vacuum forming.

In addition, there are other problems such as the finished product lacks a soft feel and is expensive.
したがって、この種の内装部品を安価に製造するには、
表面に起毛調の模様を形成した状態で成形すればよい。Therefore, in order to manufacture this type of interior parts at low cost,
It is sufficient to mold the material with a raised pattern formed on the surface.

In other words, when trying to form a raised pattern on an ft-type surface, holes corresponding to minute raised parts are carved deeply, and random undercuts are formed in some parts.
Depending on the press pressure, the resin could not reach all the way to the pores, and as a result, only obtuse-angled patterns were formed, resulting in an inferior raised-like appearance.

It is characterized in that the molded product is removed from the mold by filling the micropores with Shigukoru, then gelling and cooling the molded product.

Each tray 7 is provided to collect surplus sol discharged from the sol. The mold 1 has a concave mold surface 10 formed in accordance with the shape of the molded product to be obtained. A large number of fine holes 10a are formed in this mold surface 10. The micropores 10a give the surface of the molded product a brushed surface texture, and as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. It is formed as if the raised surface was inverted.

Next, the mold 1 is placed on the installation stand 3, and the vibrator St- is driven. In this state, Toyafun powder salt is uniformly sprinkled on the mold surface 10. The sprinkled powdered salt 4tt''=-le instantly melts and becomes a sol when it touches the heated mold surface 1o, and penetrates into the fine pores 10a.

Then, before the excess PVC gels, the rotating device 6t is driven, the mold 1 is tilted, and the recovery tray for collecting excess PVC is removed. At this stage, gelled PvC is attached to the mold surface 10 in the form of a thin film.

It becomes extremely easy to demold the thin film attached to the mold surface, that is, to peel it off.

Raised portions 20a corresponding to the micropores 10a are formed on the surface. Since the raised portion 20a is made of a soft elastic material such as PVC, it easily falls down when pressed with a finger, and is raised again when the finger is removed. Therefore, it is possible to obtain the same feel as the raised hair formed by conventional hair transplantation.

If the thickness is thin, the interior material is completed by combining a core material on the back side of the molded product 20. Even when combined with stone, the molded product 20 itself is a soft elastic body, and this combined with the elasticity of the raised portion 20a provides a soft feel.
