晶表示パネルの一面には、直接あるいは間接に樹
脂製あるいは金属製等の補強板を接着剤あるいは
両面粘着テープ等にて接合し、前記補強板上には
回路基板を形成し、液晶表示パネルの外部導出端
子には、集積回路をテープキヤリヤ実装した半導
体部品の端子が接続されており、前記半導体部品
は前記補強板の裏側へ折り曲げられると同時に、
前記半導体部品の他の端子は前記補強板上の回路
基板に接続されている事を特徴とする液晶パネル
