Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
〈技術分野〉
本考案は液晶セルの固定を安定的に実行し得る
新規な液晶表示素子のユニツト機構に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] <Technical Field> The present invention relates to a novel unit mechanism for a liquid crystal display element that can stably fix a liquid crystal cell.
〈従来技術〉
従来、液晶表示素子のユニツト機構では液晶セ
ルの取り付け固定に際して枠状アングルを用いて
行なつており、回路基板上に液晶セルと更にその
上に枠状アングルを載置し、前記枠状アングル下
部周辺に形成されたツメを前記回路基板周辺に形
成された孔に通して後前記ツメを折り曲げる事に
よつて前記回路基板に係合せしめてユニツト化し
ていた。しかし上記従来のユニツト機構では横方
向の外力に対しては強いが縦方向の外力に対して
は弱いものであつた。一般に液晶セルは衝撃に弱
い2枚のガラス基板間に液晶を充填・封入してな
るものであるからガタツキ等によつて液晶セルに

本考案は以上の点に考慮してなされたものであ
り、液晶セルの固定状態の安定の向上を計ること

〈実施例〉
以下本考案に係る一実施例について詳細に説明

第1図は本考案に係る液晶表示素子のユニツト
機構の一実施例の外観斜視図、第2図はその一部
平面図である。同図で1は液晶表示素子の駆動回
路部品が搭載されたプリント配線基板、2は上記
プリント配線基板1上に配置された図示されない
液晶セルの上に載置された枠状アングルである。
上記枠状アングル2の下部周辺にはツメ3,4が
形成される。尚ツメ3は折り曲げることによつて
プリント配線基板1と係合するものであり、ツメ
4はその先端のみを捻ることによつてプリント配
線基板1と係合するものである。第2図に示す様
にツメ3、ツメ4共プリント配線基板1の周辺に
形成された孔5を通してから折り曲げあるいは捻
られるものである。上記ツメ3は折り曲げて係合
するものであるから第1図のX,Y方向の外力に
対して強固であり上記X,Y方向でのガタツキが
少ない。但しZ方向の外力に対しては弱い。又上
記ツメ4はその先端のみを捻ることによつて係合
するものであるからZ方向の外力に対して強固で
あり上記Z方向でのガタツキが少ない。但しX,

以上の様にして2種のツメを形成する事によつ
てユニツト機構全体としてはX,Y,Z全方向の

グルを載置し、前記枠状アングル下部周辺に形成
されたツメを前記回路基板周辺に形成された孔に
通した後、前記ツメを前記回路基板に係合せしめ
てユニツト化した液晶表示素子のユニツト機構に
於いて、前記ツメを折り曲げる構造の第1のツメ
とその先端のみ捻る構造の第2のツメとの2種の
構造のものとしたことを特徴とする液晶表示素子
