Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the yellowing and deterioration of slide transfer paper and the oxidation of dextrin, by coating one surface of slide transfer paper with a material prepared by adding an oxidation inhibitor and an ultraviolet inhibitor to a dextrin solution. CONSTITUTION:A minute amount of sodium L-ascorbate or sodium erythorbate and an ultraviolet inhibitor are mixed with dextrin and the resulting mixture is applied to one surface of transfer paper by a predetermined process. This ultraviolet inhibitor effectively prevent oxidation due to ultraviolet rays, that is, a discoloration ageing phenomenon. Sodium L-ascorbate has a good water-soluble property and a use as an oxidation inhibitor. Sodium erythorbate has a good water-soluble property and is used as an oxidation inhibitor. Therefore, the deterioration of slide transfer paper is prevented and the oxidation preventing effect of dextrin can be expected.

Prior Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention Hitherto, no special method for preventing aging of slide transfer paper has been proposed. For this reason, the dextrin that adheres to the slide transfer paper while the slide transfer paper is being stored is
c It oxidizes, so-called cracks appear and harden,
Slide transfer workability deteriorates. That is, after the printed surface of the slide transfer paper is immersed in water, the dextrin dissolves in the water, and therefore, the printed surface is slide-transferred from this disintegrating portion and transferred to the tearable transfer material. When the transfer paper is printed with, for example, ultraviolet #I curable ink, its drying is accelerated by irradiation with ultraviolet light.

When irradiated with nuclear ultraviolet rays, ultraviolet ray #J is often oxidized at the same time. This oxidation causes cracks as described above, which significantly impairs the water bathability of dextrin. Furthermore, yellowing of the transfer paper is often caused by irradiation with the salinity ultraviolet irradiation device.

Means for Solving the Problems This invention has been proposed to overcome the above-mentioned conventional deficiencies, and is based on Isohata's sodium ascorbate or sodium erythorbate and ultraviolet absorbers. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for preventing aging of slide transfer paper, which is characterized in that the mixture is mixed with Dext+17 and is applied to one side of the transfer paper in a predetermined step.

As an example raw material, a microlid of sodium L-ascorbate or sodium erythorbate, which is called vitamin C, was mixed with an ultraviolet absorber and dextrin. still,
This ultraviolet absorber is an aromatic carbonyl compound,
It is stable to heat and light for more than 2 hours at 200°C, and even when heated, there is no change in its melting point or UV capacity. In addition, the use of the functional group is PH
It is completely inert except when it is limited to 8 or less, and when used,
No worries about toxicity. Furthermore, this ultraviolet absorber very effectively prevents oxidation, discoloration, and aging caused by ultraviolet rays, and does not emit fluorescence and is not affected by visible light, so it can be used for transparent substances, vividly colored substances (equally harmful), and is not affected by visible light. It never happens.

Sodium L-ascorbate is also called vitamin C, is produced by adding sodium carbonate to an aqueous solution of ascorbic acid, has a property of being highly soluble in water, and has uses as an antioxidant. In addition, sodium erythorbate is also highly soluble in water and is used as an antioxidant.

Functions and effects of the invention This invention has the following advantages:
Antioxidants and ultraviolet rays were added to the dextrin solution, and the material 44 was mixed well and applied to one side of the slide transfer paper. It prevents deterioration of yellowing and oxidation of dextrin. Moreover, since the ultraviolet absorber is the surface on which the dextrin is applied to the slide transfer paper, it has the effect of accelerating the curing and drying of the ultraviolet curable ink. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent the dextrin from oxidizing during storage of the slide transfer paper, thus preventing deterioration of the slide transfer paper and reducing the dextrin @
