外観良好なる配設が困難となていた。 Conventional refrigerators cool stored items by forcibly circulating cold air cooled by a cooler into the storage room using a blower, but when items are placed on multiple shelves, the cold air The cooling temperature of the items placed on the lower and upper shelves was too high due to poor circulation. Furthermore, the temperature of items on the shelf near the opening changes significantly due to the intruding outside air, making it unsuitable for storing items such as blood that require a small temperature change.
To solve this problem, a cold air distribution chamber is formed in the upper part of the storage chamber, and a cold air return chamber is formed in the upper part of the storage chamber, so that a nearly parallel flow of cold air is formed in the vertical direction within the storage chamber, and the outermost It is conceivable to use an air curtain for the flow of cold air to prevent the influence of the cold air and the occurrence of temperature unevenness, but in this case, the temperature detector in the storage room needs to detect the temperature of the cold air after heat exchange. Therefore, it must be installed at the bottom of the storage room, and if an electrical equipment storage room for storing temperature controllers, etc. is formed at the top of the cooler for ease of use, the distance from the temperature sensor will be longer, making it difficult to connect both. It has been difficult to arrange the connecting lead wires so that they look good.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a cold storage box body made up of an inner box 2, an outer box 3, and a heat insulating material 4 filled in both boxes 2 and 3. The outer box 2 has an opening at the front, and this front opening is connected to the door body. 5 forms a storage chamber 6 which can be opened and closed. In front of the back wall 6A of the storage chamber 6, a partition plate 7 is disposed facing each other with a gap between them, and the partition plate 7 and the back wall 6A of the storage chamber 6
A cold air chamber 9 in which a cooler 8 is disposed is formed between the two. The storage chamber 6 is equipped with a top plate 10 at a distance below the top wall 6B, and the top plate 10 and the top wall 6B are connected to each other.
In between, a distribution chamber 11 communicating with the cold air chamber 9 is formed, and a lower plate 12 is disposed at a distance above the bottom wall 6C, and between the lower plate 12 and the bottom plate 6C, a distribution chamber 11 communicating with the cold air chamber 9 is formed. A communicating return chamber 13 is formed, and one shelf 1 or a plurality of shelves 1 are arranged at intervals in the center.
4 and 14 are arranged. The top plate 10 is connected to the cooler 8 by a blower 15 installed on the ceiling wall 6B.
A discharge port 16 is formed for accelerating the cooled air flowing into the distribution chamber 11 from the cold air chamber 9 and supplying it to the storage chamber 6, and if necessary, the outside of the discharge port 16 is covered with a mesh. Alternatively, it is covered with a protection card 17 such as a perforated plate. Furthermore, the storage chamber 6 is

19, 19, 19, through supports 20, etc., in a removable manner, and the side edges and front end edges are spaced apart from the adjacent side walls 6D, 6E and the auxiliary door 18, respectively. It is set up. It is desirable that the rear end edge also be spaced apart from the partition plate 7 as necessary. The lower plate 12 has its both side edges and front end supported by supports 20, etc., and the side walls 6D of the adjacent and opposing storage chambers 6,
6E and the auxiliary door 18, or
The return chamber 13 is formed by drilling holes on both side edges and the front edge.
A suction port 22 is formed along both side edges and the front end edge from the storage chamber 6 communicating with the storage chamber 6. As a result, the cold air discharged from the discharge port 16 of the top plate 10 is transferred to the shelf 1.
The space between both sides and the front of 4 serves as an air curtain directed toward the so-called return chamber 13, and the air curtain prevents warm air from flowing into the storage room 6 when the door body 5 is opened or between the door body 5 and the auxiliary door 18. In addition to preventing or reducing sudden temperature changes in the storage chamber 6,
Reduces quality fluctuations of items on shelves near the opening. Furthermore, even if multiple shelves 14 are arranged, each shelf 1
This means that a sufficient amount of cold air is supplied to the storage chamber 4, and the temperature inside the storage chamber 6 can be made uniform. The receiver 20 has a large number of engagement holes 23, 23, . . . formed in the support column 19.
By selectively engaging any of the engagement holes, the installation height of the shelf 14 can be arbitrarily selected, and the effect of the spacer between the shelf 14 and the side walls 6D, 6E can be adjusted according to the column 19. Also plays.

is formed. A pre-formed spacer 30 made of a suitable material such as foamed polystyrene and having a substantially L-shaped cross section is placed at the inner corner of one of the backs of the outer box 3. The walls 3B are attached to each other so as to be in close contact with each other, thereby forming a hollow part 31 in the vertical direction that communicates with the machine room 26 and the electrical equipment storage room 29, respectively. Storage chamber 6 such as the lower part of the partition plate 7
From the temperature sensor 32 located at the inner lower part,
The lead wire 28 is drawn out into the machine room 26 through a cylinder 33 etc. that is fitted through the bottom wall of the main body 1, and is inserted into the hollow passage 31 and drawn out into the electrical equipment storage room 29, and is connected to the temperature controller 27 etc. is connected to. Since this hollow passage 31 is located at a position far apart from the storage chamber 6, even if it is not filled with the heat insulating material 4, the thickness is almost the same as that of other adjacent parts, and there is no adverse effect on the heat insulation performance.

It is in contact and locking relationship with an abutment piece 36 which is attached and protrudes inwardly. A magnet 37 is attached to a notch 36 provided at an appropriate position of the contact piece 35 as necessary, and magnetically coupled with a magnetic plate 38 provided at a position opposite to the auxiliary door 18, so that the auxiliary door 18 is closed. Keep it in a state of occlusion. 39 is the handle for the auxiliary door,
It is fixed to the auxiliary door 18 at the same time as the magnetic plate 38. The abutting piece 35 is provided over substantially the entire vertical length of the auxiliary door 18 on the side opposite to the pivot, and prevents outside air from flowing into the storage chamber 6 through the gap between the auxiliary door 18 and the adjacent and opposing side wall 6E. It can also be expected to prevent cold air from leaking out.

ある。 As described above, the present invention has a structure in which the lead wires drawn out from the temperature sensor and guided to the electrical equipment storage chamber at the top of the main body are inserted through hollow passages formed vertically in the corners of the inner surface of the outer box. There is no need for wiring inside the storage chamber or the outside of the main body, resulting in a good appearance.Since the hollow passage is located far away from the storage chamber, even if it is not filled with heat insulating material,
It has a great practical effect, with almost no difference in thickness from other adjacent parts and no adverse effects on heat insulation performance.
