According to such a low-temperature storage, since the inside of the storage room is cooled by the upper, lower, left and right and rear wall surfaces of the heat conduction box, and there is no direct invasion of dry cold air into the storage room, drying in the storage room is suppressed. , Its humidity can be kept high.
Therefore, it was suitable for storing fresh foods and cooked dishes at a low temperature without drying.

[0004] In a hotel, a restaurant, or the like, a dish prepared in a kitchen is provided to a customer until the dish is prepared.
It is necessary to temporarily store in such a high humidity storage room. However, since the conventional low-temperature storage was opened only on the front side, it was necessary to take out and store cooked food from the same direction, and to provide food to customers and replenish food to the storage room smoothly. There was a problem that could not be done.

When the front and rear surfaces of the heat-insulating box are opened, the rigidity of the heat-insulating box deteriorates, and there is a danger that the heat-insulating box may be distorted particularly when subjected to a lateral force. Therefore, as shown in FIG.
The rigidity of the heat-insulating box 100 is improved by integrally forming the partition wall 101 extending to the left and right at the center of the box. In this case, since the inside of the heat insulating box 100 is vertically divided, the heat insulating box 100
The upper and lower heat conduction boxes are respectively disposed above and below the partition wall 101, and the cold air passage between the upper and lower heat conduction box (not shown) and the heat insulation box 100 is also vertically disposed by the partition wall 101. Since the partition is divided, the evaporator and the blower of the cooling device must be provided above and below the partition wall 101, respectively.

[0007] When the upper and lower heat conduction boxes are to be indirectly cooled by the evaporator and the blower of one cooling device, it is necessary to form a duct that bypasses the partition wall 101 in the heat insulating box 100. However, the structure is complicated, the workability of assembly is deteriorated, and the manufacturing cost is also increased. Further, instead of the partition wall 101 as shown in FIG. 8, it is also conceivable to form a partition (a portion indicated by 101 A in FIG. 8) extending right and left integrally with the heat insulating box so as to partition only the opening of the heat insulating box. Also in this case, there is a restriction in inserting the upper and lower heat conduction boxes, and they must be assembled inside the heat insulating box, which also deteriorates the assembling workability.

However, in the present invention, since the flange 53A of the rail portion 53 projects at a predetermined interval into the central cold air passage 40, it serves as a barrier for the cool air flowing along the lower surface of the upper heat conduction box 21. Therefore, the cool air flowing through the central cool air passage 40 collides with the flange 53A as shown in FIG. 2 and moves downward, collides with the upper surface of the lower heat conduction box 22, moves upward again, and collides again with the flange 53A. Become like
That is, since turbulence is generated in the cool air flowing through the central cool air passage 40, the cool air comes into contact with the upper surface of the lower heat good conduction box 22, and thereby, the lower heat good conduction box 22 is also vertically and horizontally. It becomes uniform and sufficiently cooled from each wall surface.

In particular, since the rigidity of the heat-insulating box is improved by the presence of the reinforcing plate of the support member, no distortion or the like occurs even when a lateral force is applied. Further, since the upper heat conduction box is provided on the support member, when the upper heat conduction box is inserted into the heat insulation box through the opening of the heat insulation box, it can be smoothly inserted along the rail portion. As well as being able to
The supporting member forms a central cold air passage communicating with the outer peripheral cold air passage between the upper and lower heat conducting boxes, and also communicates with the outer peripheral cold air passage beside the upper and lower heat conducting boxes, so that a special duct or the like is formed. The smooth cold forced circulation can be realized without the provision, and as a whole, the workability of assembling the low-temperature storage can be significantly improved.

In particular, in the present invention, a barrier is formed in the support member, and the cool air flowing into the central cold air passage collides with the barrier to generate a turbulent flow, so that the cool air flows also to the lower heat conduction box side. Therefore, the upper surface of the lower heat conduction box is sufficiently cooled. As a whole, the upper and lower heat conduction boxes are uniformly cooled from the upper, lower, left and right wall surfaces, whereby the upper and lower storage chambers can be indirectly and satisfactorily indirectly cooled.
